Centrally located, newly renovated, cozy one bedroom, corner apartment of our bungalow-style fourplex with private entrance.

Short stroll to the beach or the heart of DT Penticton with cute shops, cool pubs, wine bars and lots of casual or fine dining - wineries and breweries in every direction!

The property backs onto a creek side path leading straight to the beach in minutes. And the BEST way to end the day is a relaxing soak in our 6-seater hot tub!
The space
A comfy, one bedroom apartment in bungalow style 4-plex, includes very comfortable sofa sleeper provides space for up to four guests. The bed is a firm mattress with memory foam topper. If you prefer firm, please let us know prior to your stay and we’ll remove the topper for you.

You'll find a fully stocked kitchen with all the dishes and utensils you could need and a full bathroom and shower with bath.

If you happen to require a space to work during your stay with us, enjoy the use of our home built desk, built with love and amazing talent by one of your hosts, Joy! :)

You will have full control over the temperature of your space with independent heating and air conditioning. Also included is wifi and ROKU TV, as well as access to our top of the line washing machine and dryer. And of course, a large six seater hot tub located in the backyard under the stars!

And for your outside experience, there is a barbeque, outdoor seating and lighting, and a propane fire pit for those chillier evenings. :)

If you plan to bring a dog for your stay, please let us know if you are coming with more than one. The pet fee is meant for one pet, so depending on the type of dog, we may need to request an added fee to cover additional cleaning time.
Guest access
You can access anything you need in just a short stroll; pubs, shops, casual and fine dining, all in the heart of downtown Penticton. Park your car when you arrive, with ample free parking in the back, and don't touch it again until you're ready to head home! And don't worry about scheduling an arrival time - just let yourself into your private place with our keyless entry!
Other things to note
We are so happy to be a pet friendly space, and as such provide a sofa/bed cover (please use it to protect the furniture when you would like your fur baby to join you on the furniture), dishes for food and water, a towel for wet paws after a walk in the rain or a swim at the beach, and of course, doggie bags. But no worries if you forget to grab one on your way out, this amazing city also provides doggie bag stations all along the walking path! How great is that?!
