Welcome to this warm and comfortable home on the Naramata Bench. Enjoy stunning views of Lake Okanagan, surrounding mountains and vineyards. Numerous wineries within 5 minutes, some walkable! Great for couples, business travellers, wine touring, and relaxing getaways. 3 Mile Beach, the KVR trail, and Three Blind Mice bike trails just two minutes away. Eight minutes to Penticton and Naramata. Parking for 2 cars. Feel free to ask about monthly and off-season rentals!
*We are fully licensed in the City of Penticton and meet all BC Provincial regulations, before and after May 1, 2024.
High vaulted ceilings and great windows for incredible views.
Amazing sunsets
King bed can be split into 2 twins, if requested in advance.
Well appointed kitchen
Other things to note:
The home has a smart TV, but not cable TV. Do not bring bicycles, skis, or any other bulky sports equipment into the home. No outdoor fires or fireworks.

Fabulous property, gorgeous location. Prompt response from Russell when we had questions prior to arrival. Spotless and spacious property with beautiful views. We were welcomed with a basket of fresh veggies from the garden. Would highly recommend this property!

Lovely clean modern property

Spacious and met all our needs. All on one level. Hosts are fabulous and very accommodating. This home exceeded all our expectations….would give it 11 out of 10 if there was an option

Weekend getaway with friends

Absolute gem of a place in Naramata! Excellent location with stunning lake views. Beautifully outfitted with everything you need and perfect for 2 couples. We could have stayed much longer. Will definitely be back !

We have very much enjoyed our stay here. The unit was very clean and well equipped with everything one could need. Note that the beds were very soft. The location is excellent as it is kind of in the middle of the Naramata Bench. There are many wonderful wineries to visit within just a few kilometers north or south of this location. We loved the patio, and the view of Lake Okanagan is spectacular. Even though the owners’ house is on the same property, it is very private. We would recommend this property without hesitation.

This property is exactly as it is posted. Absolutely wonderful. We will book again and strongly recommend to our friends!The location and view are spectacular. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals (lots of grocery stores in nearby Penticton) but there are also so many fantastic wineries close by We highly recommend the restaurant at Poplar Grove winery.

Great week

The house was wonderful, great location to beaches, trails and of course, wineries. We took full advantage of all including a day of just sitting around, playing Rummi Kub and enjoying the spectacular view. Hosts were fabulous with great recommendations for spots on beach and hikes.

Excellent VRBO One of the best we have ever stayed in. The hosts were fantastic and the scenery of Lake Okanagan was beautiful. Very well equipped. We highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for accommodations.

We have lived in Penticton for over 30 years and enjoy all that it offers from festivals in the summer and all the year round outdoor activities. We love to travel but are always happy to come back to this unique valley where we live.

We picked this neighbourhood for the lake views and the beauty of living in nature and being surrounded by vineyards and orchards. We also love the sun sets and late afternoon sun on this side of the valley.

The property makes you feel as if you are away from town but you are still only minutes from Penticton. The house design with the celestial windows make for a light and airy feel.
