A: While we do not have a hot tub on the premises, you can enjoy a large hot tub, steam room, and pool at the recreation center located just opposite our neighborhood, a short 5-minute walk away.

Q: Is smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes permitted on the property?
A: Smoking/vaping is permitted outside only. For the comfort and safety of all guests, this property is equipped with an air quality monitor to ensure compliance with our no-smoking/no-vaping policy. Please ensure that cigarette butts are disposed of in the outdoor garbage cans to prevent any odors inside the house.

A: We can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests in total. Please ensure that the number of guests matches your booking details. Any unauthorized additional guests will be required to leave, and a fine may be imposed.
