This is an older rural home. As such:
The occasional mouse or insect may be present.
Mousetraps are discreetly placed in certain areas for safety and prevention.
To avoid attracting wildlife indoors, please do not leave food out overnight.

There is no TV in the house, allowing you to unplug and enjoy the natural surroundings.

Liability Waiver Clause:

By booking this property through VRBO, you (the guest) acknowledge and agree that you are occupying a rural, nature-based location at your own risk. The property includes natural features such as wildlife, a flowing river, steep rock formations, and uneven terrain, as well as man-made structures including, but not limited to, long staircases and a cablecar lift. These features may pose certain risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, or injuries.

The cablecar lift must be used only as instructed and entirely at the guest’s own discretion and risk. The owner and host disclaim any responsibility or liability for accidents, injuries, illnesses, losses, or damages that may occur on the premises or in connection with the use of any natural or constructed features.

Guests are solely responsible for their own safety and the safety of all members of their party, including minors and pets. Appropriate caution, supervision, and behavior are expected at all times. The host strongly recommends that guests abstain from the use of drugs and/or alcohol while on the property, as impairment may increase the risk of injury or accidents.

By completing your reservation on VRBO, you affirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms stated in this liability waiver. You further agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the property owner and host from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liability—legal or otherwise—for any injury, accident, illness, or loss sustained during or as a result of your stay.
