Centrally located steps from downtown Kings Beach, and an easy 10-minute walk to the popular public beach, which has plentiful rentals of water toys or bikes in the summer and ski, snowboard, and sled rentals in winter. There’s plenty to do year-round.
Experience the perfect blend of contemporary design and lakeside tranquility in this stunning modern townhome. Nestled in a private community along the shores of Lake Tahoe, this sleek retreat offers breathtaking lake views and pier access. One minute walk to the tranquil water's edge, and access to swimming off the dock! Designer re-done in the recent past, the home is gorgeous, with all-new furniture, luxe beds and bedding, and plenty of modern tech and luxuries. There are Sonos sound systems in each room, multiple 65” smart TVs with immersive surround sound, a house-wide Nest heating and air conditioning system, and entertaining spaces on 2 decks. Take your morning coffee on Adirondack chairs outside your primary suite; or gather around the high-top table on the upper deck, with breathtaking views of the lake.

CANCELLATION POLICY
***Lake Tahoe is prone to wildfires and winter storms. Please note we do not move, cancel or provide refunds or credits for any reason, including COVID, poor air quality, road conditions, road closures and weather conditions.
If you think you may need to cancel for any reason, We highly suggest you PURCHASE TRIP INSURANCE or BOOK CLOSER to your travel dates. ****
PLEASE NOTE:
During the winter months, outdoor furniture may be unavailable due to heavy snow.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. If undisclosed pets are brought into the
home without our approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

No parties or events
Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood burning fireplaces, fire
pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting
at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short term rental regulations.
This home has a max overnight occupancy of 8 guests!
MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of
age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of
25
After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protect our home from guest damages.
***All guests must electronically sign a Rental Agreement prior to being given access to
the property at check-in. Contract will be emailed within 24 hours of booking and should
be signed within 48 hours***
Parking: 2 assigned Parking spots.
We only have the AC on the first floor! Second Floor does not have an AC!
Our property does not have space to accommodate RVs or fifth wheels. Parking of these vehicles is not permitted in the driveway or on the street, in accordance with local regulations and HOA rules.
