No se pierda esta temporada de una experiencia inolvidable en esta hermosa casa adosada frente al lago ubicada a solo 10 pies del agua. Alquiler de botes en el cercano North Tahoe Marina, Kayak, Sea Doo, Paddle Boat, alquiler de canoas (¡y más!) A un corto paseo por la playa. ¡Las actividades de Lake Tahoe durante los meses de verano son infinitas! Reserve sus vacaciones hoy.

Hermoso condominio de tres niveles frente al lago completamente remodelado con electrodomésticos nuevos, granito, molduras de techo, alfombras, chimeneas de gas y televisores de pantalla plana en los tres niveles, y otras características exquisitas. Se encuentra a pocos metros de las cristalinas aguas azules del lago Tahoe. La vista es espectacular, durante el invierno las montañas cubiertas de nieve se pueden ver a lo lejos y en verano la puesta de sol es hermosa.

El porche cerrado de Florida para cenar con vista al lago es perfecto para cualquier clima. Gran terraza abierta fuera de la suite principal en el nivel superior, justo en el agua. Para tomar el sol, leer y ver pasar los barcos. Ideal para varias parejas, dos master suites en el piso separadas. Nivel inferior como un apartamento separado.

The View and closeness to the lake are what make this property a 10! The accommodations are clean and the kitchen is well equipped.

Direct access to lake was great. Even though furnishings were a bit dated, we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Management was very responsive to our questions.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our time here! The lake front view was beautiful, there was a big grassy area in the backyard and a little sandy beach area right up to the water. The place was very cozy and comfortable but spacious to where everyone had their own space to sleep and every bedroom had its own master bath. The owners were so nice and so easy to work with and communication was great!

Great location and lovely view of lake. Somewhat outdated, but clean. Place didn’t flow well and third bedroom had no way of opening a window at night for cool air, since there is not central A/C, so was very warm at night. This bedroom is also the bedroom you walk into from the parking lot, so a bit awkward. Property doesn’t provide any beach chairs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the location on the lake!

Perfect Location

We stayed here the first weekend in September to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The location is ideal with beautiful views and an easy stroll to the lake right outside the door. There were a few minor glitches with parking passes and working the tv cable that the Host Michelle quickly remedied. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was very convenient having 3 levels. The kitchen had everything we needed and room enough to store food that we had brought with us. There is hiking and good restaurants nearby but we mostly enjoyed the beach and crawdad hunting. Would highly recommend if you love the lake and want to enjoy a relaxing weekend. We will be back. Thanks Michelle!

Don’t recommend

While the views and private beach access was great, although a giant pine tree blocks the view from the main floor!, the house itself was very dirty, filthy carpets, broken old furniture, garbage disposal didn’t work, hair dryer didn’t work, there was no coffee table, etc. When we arrived and saw the dirty carpet we were really concerned due to Covid 19, so we had to go buy disinfectant and cleaned the entire house ourselves! This is my parents in their 70’s cleaning. The owner pretended that she didn’t know about any of these and it was the renters before us who made it so dirty!!! Really??? The cleaning fee being charged is definitely a waste of money and part of the fee is also a waste. There are other much nicer units in the complex, I recommend you look at those.

Great location!

We loved our visit to Tahoe Vista! The unit's location right on the water made it easy for our grandpa to enjoy watching his adult grandkids enjoy the fun of the lake without having to walk very far. It is great that there is a sand beach here as well! Please consider supporting the Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Theater in Sand Harbor if you visit the area--there is no more beautiful spot to watch a performance!! We have been going annually for ten years; this year we saw Mamma Mia and loved it.

Beautiful, private beach, great views

We had a great time. The location is fabulous with great views and centrally located so you can walk to kings beach or the town area. We did a multi day kayak rental and launched in and out if the private beach in front of the patio. Each of the 3 floors has a patio or balcony with furniture to eat or just relax.

Okay option

This property worked for us and what we needed but it’s probably not the first place I would return to in Tahoe. The tree just outside the condo really does obstruct your lakefront view, especially from the main level. Bathrooms are tiny. Fireplaces were nice. It was nice to have 2 master suites. Condo is a 15 minute walk to Kings Beach, which was nice but we also found ourselves driving to Tahoe City daily for restaurants and attractions (was just our personal preference). Overall was mostly clean but lower level bedroom needed a good dusting job. Condo has a pool but no hot tub. If you plan to do a lot of hiking, a hot tub would be nice. Michele was very responsive throughout our entire stay. Communication was prompt and professional.

Great property in King’s Beach

This place is amazing! Lots of space for a big family to spread out. Great views of the lake. Close to everything in town. Close to Northstar for skiing. Would definitely come back. Communication with owner was easy and friendly!

Great Location and great setup

I would give this 5 stars but there were some cons: 1) found wet towels sitting in the washer, washed on cold/cold which is not up to the standards for VRBO. 2) had to reach out to the owner for check in. 3) construction outside and on unit not mentioned in listing or by owner. If I had know I could have made the choice to live with it or now. As it was there were folks on the roof and the parking deck outside the 3rd bedroom cause the door to be blocked and saw dust would come in. The workers were very nice, but again not sure about booking it if I had known. 4) missing smoke alarm in bedroom. I let the owner and property manager know (found it on the fireplace mantel) but they were not concerned. 5) lists AC but there is none, not that we really needed it but if listed it should be there. Pros: Best location ever! The lake and the location cannot be beat! The general condition of the condo is pretty good. So much space! If communication and cleaning is improved this would be a wonderful vacation spot. We did enjoy our time there and would book inside the complex again.

Location, location, location

We enjoyed our stay in Tahoe Vista and this condo was perfect for our group of 4. There is a master on the bottom floor and the top floor which allowed us to wake up at our leisure without the worry of disturbing others. It was full of kitchen supplies, sheets, all you can need for a stay. The location was amazing, could walk to safeway, town and beach views from each room. We would def stay again.

Amazing location

Fantastic end-unit property with a great lake-front location. We stayed during the winter, but this would also be ideal for summer given the private beach for water activities (e.g., kayak, SUP).

Stunning Views of Lake Tahoe

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Stunning views of Lake Tahoe from each level of the home. Close distance to ski resorts, restaurants and grocery store. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. We would love to come back in the summer as the beach is steps away.
