From the home's main balcony you can take in views of Passage Peak to the east, Whitsunday Island and Fitzalan Passage directly in front, and Henning Island to the west.

Ideal for groups of family or friends, this expansive home has plenty of room to move. It includes eight generous bedrooms - each with its own ensuite, as well as an activity room and two separate BBQ areas.

Location.
With an exclusive location on the northern end of the island, just below One Tree Hill, Element Hill is a short buggy ride to all of the island's key attractions. It also comes with two private buggies for your exclusive use.

Kitchen.
There is a large and fully-equipped, open plan kitchen which makes self-catering and entertaining a breeze. There is also a BBQ.

Relax into island life while enjoying all the conveniences of home, including your own gym, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, laundry facilities, Sonos sound system and pay TV. This property includes a selection of 50ml Aesop products (1 x Shampoo, 1 x Conditioner, 1 x Body Cleanser, and 1 x Body Balm) provided in all bathrooms.

Pool.
Enjoy a dip in this home's private infinity pool with magnificent views over the Fitzalan Passage.

Gym.
Stay in shape while on your holiday with your own private and well-equipped gym.

Buggy.
This property includes 2 x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
Children 12 years and under can enjoy free meals for the duration of your stay when dining with a parent at Pool Terrace and ordering from the kids’ menu. Participating restaurants may be subject to change.

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.


Race Week & Special Events.
Race Week, large group or special occasion bookings may require a $20,000 bond and approval from the property owner. Race Week occurs yearly throughout August.
