Prime location just a stone throw from the central city. Walking distance to tourist attractions, boutique shopping and some of the best cafes and restaurants Christchurch has to offer.
Just one year old, this inner city apartment has everything you need plus a patio for you to sit and watch the activity of the city.
This apartment is just 6 mins from the new Convention and Exhibition centre.
Free allocated parking just outside unit know need for street parking.
Home away from home this one bedroom Queen size bed will allow you to have a restful night after a busy day in the central city.
The open plan kitchen dining with TV allows you to cook a meal and perhaps sit with a wine or a book on the comfy couch.
Parking is on premises so that makes it easy ,plus know parking fees to pay.
I am available by phone or text from 8am to 9 pm.I do not live nearby but will always take your call if you need to talk to me.
The apartment is close to Margaret Mahy playground,New Regent street.
Isaac Theatre,Riverside Market,Ballantynes Department Store well worth a visit.

Public transport is available plus Uber ,Blue Star taxis and electric scooters.
We have strict rules in place to ensure to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noises outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally, parties or gatherings are not allowed. Any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late check outs must be requested 24 hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
Any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.
We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged ay $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
