This top floor, two bedroom apartment is located on the resort side of the island, directly opposite Catseye Beach. It opens onto a large, covered balcony with views, a BBQ, outdoor table and sun lounges.

Views.
Enjoy lovely views out over the tropical gardens to the turquoise waters of Catseye Beach. The apartment also overlooks the complex's pool and gardens.

Family-friendly.
This apartment is set over one level, making it ideal for children.

Outdoor space.
The apartment has a large outdoor entertaining space with seating for six people, sun lounges and a BBQ.

Kitchen.
The kitchen includes a gas oven, microwave and fridge.

Rooms.
There are two relaxing bedrooms. The master suite opens onto a balcony and includes a bathroom with a walk-in shower, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and air-conditioning. The second bedroom features a wardrobe and another shower room.

Pool.
The apartment has access to the Hibiscus Lodge complex pool and BBQ area. There is also a spa in the complex.

Location.
This apartment has a great location, right behind Catseye Beach. It's also just a short stroll to the island's Resort Centre with its swim-up bar, water sports and island activities.

Extra beds.
There is a sofa bed in the lounge area for extra guests.

Buggy.
This property includes 1x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
For your entire stay, children up to 12 years can eat free in participating restaurants when dining with their parents and choosing from the kids’ menu.

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
