Wide open floor plan. No walls until you reach the bedrooms. But that’s not why you’re here. Enjoy the outdoors. Maybe on the 2 swings under the property. Maybe on the sundeck that is over the water. The sundeck is half covered for shade. Or in the screen porch if that’s more your style. The front porch has amazing sunsets while the sundeck has beautiful sunrises. 4 boat slips so be sure to bring the boat, or fish from the dock. Crabs can be caught from the bayou the property sits on. We have surround sound inside and outside the property.
(2) 65” TVs in the living room. (2) leather lazy boys, (2) leather sofas with recliners built in. Big breakfast bar that seats 6-8. All appliances are stainless steel. 2 bedrooms with (1) queen (1) double and (4) twin bunks in both bedrooms. All the beds are bunk style. Bathrooms connected to both bedrooms. We have a gas grill, boiling burner, boiling pot, and outdoor cook top all located in the shed.
