Bayouside fishing camp with private launch

We have worked hard to get back after Hurricane Ida and we are ready for you to come and enjoy Cocodrie.

Newly updated camp located on the bayouside in Cocodrie. This camp accommodates 6-8 guests. Perfect getaway for fishing or relaxing. Crabs can be caught in the bayou across from the camp. Launch your boat using the private launch with three slips available for your boats. Fishing is just minutes away. After fishing, use the fish cleaning table located on the dock. When relaxing during the day, enjoy the dock with two swings, table and chairs and a large picnic table. You can also enjoy the large deck which is partially covered that overlooks the bayou. We know you will enjoy Del Boca Coco!

Fishing trip

My wife and son visited Cocodrie Louisiana for the first time for the fishing. We arrived at the house and it was just like I imagined and was described. The hosts were very communicative and we had a great stay , brought our boat and caught plenty of fish and had a blast!!! I would highly recommend the place to anyone!!! Thanks

The location is perfect for the marina just 5 minutes down the road. Everything we needed was available and the house was clean. It is really clean and updated a great fishing camp.

Excellent place to stay for fishing

My friends and I stayed at the house for a red fishing trip and everything was excellent. The boat ramp and docks was amazing and we never had to leave the house for 5 days. Fishing was exceptional as well.

Wonderful Stay

We loved everything about this property. The camp was clean, completely stocked, and a perfect fit for our family. We really enjoyed all of the outdoor seating areas and having our own boat launch. Would definitely stay here again!!

This home is amazing. I rent with VRBO pretty often and defiantly think this was at the top of my best experiences! Three grand boys loved crabbing off the piers, place was very clean. Good location.

Would Definitely Stay Again

My husband and I enjoyed a short stay to try out the fishing in Cocodrie for the first time. The trip started out great when we were notified we could check-in early. That was a lovely bonus since it gets dark so early. The camp is lovely and well stocked. I joked that the owners are trusting people because they have good magnalite pots and old school Tupperware (which I hunt for at garage sales). The bed was very comfortable. We had trouble sleeping the first night only because it was hot and we weren’t used to a window unit AC, so each time the compressor kicked on we woke up. The next night we just kept the bedroom AC off and left the door open and we slept great. The weather did not cooperate after our first day, so we spent plenty of time snuggled up and watching movies. The living room was comfortable and we had no trouble navigating the TV. Bring lots of bug spray and I’d recommend citronella candles bc the gnats were vicious. One thing to point out, if you have a large boat/t-top you will not be able to launch at the camp due to low hanging power lines. We launched less than 1/4 mile away at the Tradewinds Marina, but that launch is pretty tight. To trailer our boat we actually had to drive down to the Cocomarina because the winds were too high to try to navigate the Tradewinds. Despite our poor fishing and bad weather we still enjoyed our time because the camp was so inviting. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your space.

You can tell that the owners really love this place!

The condition of this fishing camp is well maintained and the amenities offered make it feel like home away from home. We had a great time fishing and relaxing. Looking forward to staying here again.

Coco Bay Fishing

Although we arrived at this condo late evening we did receive a massage ftom the manager saying we could actually check in several hours before we were supposed to…that was awesome even though we couldn’t take advantage of that. We arrived to a beautiful and spotless condo that was much nicer than we were expecting! Each room has it’s own ac unit! Beds were very comfortable…not cheap junk many places have. All amenities worked and we really didn’t even need to bring a lot of additional cookware, etc… the view was fantastic and calming. We are definitely going to be back…by far the best place we’ve ever stayed at in Cocodrie!
