With three bedrooms downstairs and an extra playroom and bedroom upstairs, the house comfortably accommodates seven guests, with a permanent cot available in bedroom two.



This property sleeps seven guests and has a permanent cot in bedroom two, making it ideal for families. The house is all on one level, providing easy accessibility. The bedrooms consist of a queen bed in bedroom one, cot in bedroom two, two single beds in bedroom three, and a double bed with a trundle in the upstairs bedroom four. There is parking for two vehicles, and street parking is also available.



The family bathroom includes a bath, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The living area is equipped with air conditioning for both heating and cooling, ensuring your comfort at all times. Enjoy free WiFi during your stay. The large dining area and open plan living space feature a smart TV and a cozy wood heater. Please note that the outdoor yard is not enclosed.

Access to the house is through a secure lock box, and the code will be sent to your email at 2 pm on your day of arrival. All communication is sent through our system, so be sure to check your spam folder for important information and instructions.



Please keep in mind that our terms and conditions must be agreed upon booking this house. We do not allow parties, schoolies, groups under 25 years, or hens/bucks parties. Smoking is also not permitted. We require Australian photo ID or passport for our online check-in process to release the lock box code.





This house does not provide full linen - mattress protectors and quilts & pillows are provided. Please ask about our Linen Hire options - we make beds for you but need plenty of notice or bring your own for 2 queens, 2 singles and 1 cot.
