Enter an open and bright first floor main living space with soaring ceilings, multiple sliders and large windows. The living room has comfortable seating and a decorative fireplace (not for tenant use). The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless appliances including a refrigerator, gas range, double wall oven, microwave and drip coffee maker. The dining area is just off the kitchen.

There are two bedrooms on this floor, both with a queen bed. There is one bathroom with a custom shower off the shared hall between the two bedrooms. An exterior door at the end of the hall leads to the back deck with enclosed outdoor shower. There is also a half bathroom on this floor just off the kitchen.

Stairs from the main living area lead to the open second floor loft with skylights and amazing views. The loft has comfortable seating and a flat screen TV with basic cable. There are two twin beds in the loft for additional sleep space.

The other two bedrooms are in the lower level, off a storage area with washer/dryer and ping pong table. One of the bedrooms has a king bed, the other has a queen bed. Both of the bedrooms have separate ensuite bathrooms with showers. The bedroom with the queen bed has a private exterior door.

There is a ceiling fan in each of the bedrooms and two ceiling fans in the main living area.

Enjoy the lovely outdoor spaces including a wrap-around front deck with furniture and gas grill and the back deck with outdoor furniture and large enclosed outdoor shower. Property has lovely flowers in-season and mature plantings.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
