The hall bath features a shower/tub combo. The living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa, gas fireplace and a TV.
For your added convenience, the owner provides a washer and dryer in the condo, a blow dryer in each bathroom, wifi and internet, and some beach equipment.
Adagio building amenities include: beautiful, heated indoor pool and hot tub when you need a break from the beach, and an elevator for ease of access. (No guest access to the gym).
This condo has 1 assigned parking spot & 1 unassigned guest parking spot. There is handicapped beach access and handicapped street parking alongside the condo.
Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season, and any 3 nights off season.
This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping and No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
