The Space:

Be one of the first guests to enjoy all the updates in Adagio 407! Recently remodeled, this pristine three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo has been upgraded with new flooring, new stainless steel appliances, new living room/dining room furnishings, new mattresses, and a fresh coat of paint. You will find this condo to be not only comfortable but also convenient thanks to its location in Midtown Ocean City. Positioned on the south side of an oceanfront building on 59th St., it gives guests a partial view of the ocean to the left. Additional amenities include four new flatscreen TVs in the living room and all bedrooms (with a large flatscreen in the living room), a DVD player, central A/C, and Wireless Internet access provided free of charge. The building is also equipped with a shared hot tub, a heated indoor pool, multiple elevators, an outdoor shower for your convenience, and two-car parking. You will love it and will want to come back next year! What's nearby: Walk down to the beach for a day of sun and surf, or stay home for a swim in Adagio's heated indoor pool. This part of town is great for enjoying Ocean City's most popular restaurants, nightlife, and activities. Head out for a bite to eat at nearby Fager's Island, which is just a block away on the bay and is well-known for its fantastic food, live music, and bayfront sunsets. Also within a short walking distance are dozens of other hot spots, such as Macky's Bayside Bar & Grill, Dead Freddies, Maui Golf, Action Watersports, Candy Kitchen, and so much more. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Beautifully appointed condo. Great central location. Lots of space. Lovely expansive views. Would recommend without reservation and would stay here again.Note: get the optional linen package. It was so nice to have the beds made up when we arrived.

Great sized condo right on the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Adagio! The rooms provided plenty of space to sleep, the pool was perfect for a rainy day and the check in and checkout process was very easy! My only complaint was that the bed spreads were dirty so I washed them before we used them, otherwise the facility was clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our time! We would definitely rent this space again!

Perfect place to stay

This condo has been updated and is very well equipped and comfortable and clean. We especially enjoy beginning our day sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee while viewing the ocean. There are games available to play and the swimming pool add to the enjoyment for all. We have enjoyed renting this apartment for two years and would do so again.

WE LOVE IT.

The property and the property location were Great! Short walk to beach and great spots no matter what time you went. We were within about 15 minutes of everywhere we wanted to go. (SUPER WALMART, DIALYSIS CENTER, GO-KART SPEEDWAY, PUTT-PUTT GOLF, OUTLET, CASINO, BOARDWALK: AMUSEMENT PARK, ARCADES, FOOD, SHOPPING AND DINNET AT ROLLER DOUGH. We will made this one of our frequent vacation destination. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!

Spacious with an Ocean View.

The condo was beautifully updated with all new appliances, mattresses and living room furniture. The common areas were very spacious and the view from the dual balcony was only four units from the beach. The three bathrooms were just right for 3 couples. Elevators made it easy to get our things up to the fourth floor. Planning to stay there in the future.

Spacious OC condo

We loved our condo, it was beautiful and updated and close to everything. We had issues with the management company when we did t have the correct access to the indoor pool and when our internet access was unavailable but the condo itself was perfect

16th bday trip

Amazing and super clean condo just steps from the beach. We truly enjoyed our 3 days and this was exactly what the teenage girls had asked for. Easy access to the beach and short walk to Dunkin/ Fractured Prune/ 7-11. We were originally told the condo had no plates/ cookware/ etc but it was actually fully stocked! Truly amazing place and we will keep it on our list for future stays

Absolutely beautiful living room and kitchen

It was pretty good we had a great family vacation but the toilets barely flushed so that wasn’t that fun my husband had to fix the TVs because nobody told us that the cable was hooked up to a light switch the drain in the shower was a bit slimy And our pool keys did not come with our package and took us two days to get but besides that it was awesome and we made some great family memories
