Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located townhouse with urban elegance in the heart of St Albans.
Tucked away off the street with a designated park.
This beautiful townhouse radiates warm and a real welcoming vibe.Just 8 minutes from the CBD and 5 mins from the upmarket trendy Merivale Mall and all its eateries,bars and upmarket boutigue shopping.
Expansive light filled interiors greet you.
The open plan kitchen /dining allows you to prepare a evening meal, or perhaps relax and enjoy TV, or a good book with a freshly brewed coffee.
The large sofa allows you to really relax and enjoy our smart 42 inch smart TV.
Open the ranch slider door and enjoy a nice evening with a glass of bubbles.
We supply basic cooking supplies salt, pepper and oil.
The washer dryer combo is located on ground floor.
We do supply washing powder.
2ND FLOOR
2 bedrooms 2 Queen size beds
with Luxurious cotton linen.
A peaceful nights sleep you will cherish.
BATHROOM
High pressure shower to revive those weary bones after a full day of sight seeing.
Upmarket vanity unit with a large mirror making it easy to see.
Toilet is situated in the bathroom.
I do not live on premises.
I am available between the hours of 8am to 6 pm.
Please text me with your name and where you are staying as I may already be on a call.
A well established neighbourhood within 10 minutes CBD and 5 minutes from The trendy upmarket Merivale Village.
Easy access for Travelling North to Picton Nelson.
We have strict rules in place to ensure to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noises outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally, parties or gatherings are not allowed. Any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late check outs must be requested 24 hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
Any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.
We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged ay $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
