Modern 2 bed Hagley Park Riverside Market
This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 3-storey townhouse features modern and stylish decor, and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The bedrooms are equipped with 2x Queen beds. Two bathrooms are clean and well-appointed, with fluffy towels and bidet toilets. Conveniently located close to many top attractions, beautiful Hagley Park, Riverside Markets and great shopping options. Fully equipped kitchen and fast speed WIFI. Close to Riverside Markets and Christchurch Hospital.
If you need to visit the hospital to see loved ones, our home is in a prime location for easy access.
This 3-storey townhouse has the Living, Dining, Kitchen and outdoor area on the ground floor.
First floor contains 1st bedroom with Queen bed and main bathroom. Second floor contains Master bedroom with Queen bed and ensuite. Upper floors accessed by stairs only.
The living area is bright and airy, with comfortable seating and a large 50 inch Samsung flatscreen Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There's also a dining area with seating making it easy to enjoy meals together.
Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean.
City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse, which is located by Christchurch City Hospital. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Sirens. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.
This property has no allocated parking provided. Street parking only.
Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.
We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own.
Located by the famous Hagley Park, enjoy the Autumn leaves or Cherry Blossoms when you come to stay. A short walk to the green space, Hospital and Hagley Oval.
The CBD, Riverside Markets, and The Terraces a 10min walk from the property.
The Christchurch bus exchange is a 15 min walk away and that will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes. The Moov it app is great to download ahead of time should you wish to use the bus system while visiting Christchurch.
On street parking is free outside the development but can often be full during school hours however does empty out in the evenings.
The surrounding streets also have free parking available, so if you have a car, you should be able to find a parking spot close by. This information is detailed in the Welcome pack inside the property.
Ubers or Taxi’s are never far away and are available 24/7 for a convenient pick up.
Upper floors are accessible via stairs only.
This property has no allocated parking provided. Street parking only.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking in prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
