Welcome to our property! With three floors, we provide you with a comfortable living experience.

***friendly reminder: As you enter, you will find a simple and comfortable shoe rack for your convenience. To help maintain the cleanliness of the space, we kindly ask that you remove your outdoor shoes upon entering and cherish our home.***

LD Floor: This level features two independent bedrooms, each equipped with a private shower and restroom. Additionally, there is a spacious table tennis area and a small outdoor basketball court for your entertainment and leisure.

LG Floor: Upon entering, you'll find a separate welcoming lounge, along with a kitchen, living room, and dining area—perfect for gatherings with family and friends. This floor also has two independent bedrooms, one of which includes a private shower and restroom for your convenience. Dear Guests, thank you for considering our home for your stay! To ensure a pleasant experience, here are some important details:

Important Notes:

We will provide 1 keys and 1 remote control. If a key is lost or locked inside, an additional delivery fee will be charged.
To maintain a peaceful environment, parties are not allowed, and quiet hours must be observed. If noise is excessive after 10 PM, neighbors may contact us, local security, or the police.
Please remember to wear slippers inside the house to keep it clean.
Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-In Time: 3 PM. We will automatically send check-in instructions to you 1 day before your arrival, so please keep an eye out for that.
Check-Out Time: 10 AM. Check-out instructions will also be sent automatically 1 day before departure. Please take a photo of the returned keys upon check-out.
Last-Minute Bookings:
We usually require at least a day to arrange cleaning. If you book on the same day, we cannot guarantee check-in at 3 PM. However, we will do our best to accommodate your needs, so please let us know your arrival time in advance!

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out:

If you would like to check in early, please contact us at least one day prior to your arrival. Our standard check-in time is 3 PM to ensure our cleaning staff has enough time to prepare the house.
If you wish to check out late, please inform us the night before departure. A half-day fee will apply for check-outs after 12 PM, which must be paid in advance.
Basic Supplies Provided:
We provide some complimentary supplies to enhance your stay:

1 set of bed linens per bed
2 towels for each double bed
1 towel for each single bed
Kitchen dish towel, bath mat, hand towel, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer
These supplies are intended to make your arrival easier. If you need additional items, feel free to visit nearby stores.

If you encounter any issues during your stay, please notify us right away. We will do our best to address your concerns promptly.

1. The check in details didn't arrive as promised and we were left sitting at the airport, in the rain, wondering if we'd been scammed and whether we could afford a last minute hotel for 5 people. 2. We had asked for the address of the property a few days early so we could book a carer for my elderly mum, who requires assistance with showering and dressing. That correspondence was simply ignored.3. The property was on multiple levels with an elevator (so the lady with the walker who cannot do stairs could enjoy the entire property). We were told on arrival that the elevator had been locked and was not going to be unlocked, so they suggested she remain on the one floor.4. The bathroom door on the top floor is broken and locks you into the room when you close the door.5. The locking mechanism to the bedroom on the top floor is broken and I was locked inside that room for 8 hours with no access to a toilet or drinking water. I sent multiple messages through the app to the owner explaining what had happened. Again, these messages were simply ignored. Eventually, the Stays administrators told me to simply call 000. The owner never got back to me or inquired if everything was OK.6. That house is a death trap. DO NOT STAY HERE.
