Our family stayed here for a week. We have stayed in Indian Shores once to twice a year for quite a few years, however this was our first time staying in this unit as well as Sea Club as a whole. I think it'll be easier to just list my pros and cons as a review :PROS: Very clean (carpets in bedrooms, but seemed well kept)Kitchen is well stockedNewer washer and dryer SpaciousBeach chairs, toys, and umbrella provided Close to beach accessGreat and prompt communication with hostAmple seating options in the living roomThe pool is heated and pretty largeThe dock to the canal provided very peaceful morningsCONSView from balcony is just the building next doorThe blinds in the living room for the balcony were broken (the host offered to have someone come look at them but we declined)The en suite bathroom on the master bedroom is quite small (the main bathroom off the hallway is very nice and spacious however)The bed in the master bedroom is rock hard, and creaks very loudly with every single move. (This was my biggest complaint with this unit. I would put a mattress topper on the bed and replace the frame)I think generally this was a decent unit. I appreciated the quick responses from the host, as I had to contact them a couple of times throughout stay.I don't think I'd be able to stay here again until they correct the issues with the master bed. Every time my husband or I rolled over it woke up the other person and it was just way too hard for my preference.
