This BEACHFRONT BUILDING corner unit was recently decorated with all-new modern furniture, exquisite decor, and designer touches! It features a spacious living area and balcony connected to a large, open kitchen along with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Whether you're looking for a summer escape with the family, working from home, or looking for the perfect couple's getaway, you won’t find a better stay than this unit!

The space:
This unit was recently professionally decorated in July 2020 and features ALL new furniture, exquisite decor, and windows galore. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, large guest closet, and wall-mounted flat screen TV. The master bath features a walk-in shower, garden jetted tub, and double-sink vanity. In the guest bedroom, you'll find a queen-size bed, large closet, and a wall-mounted flat screen TV.

It features a spacious main living room and dining room connected to an open-concept kitchen along with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is free Wi-Fi for all your web-surfing needs, and it offers plenty of space for those who need to work from home. DirecTV and HBO are included on all three TVs. The living room sofa can fold out to a queen-size bed and hold 2 guests allowing this unit to sleep 6 comfortably.

The corner location on the third floor means that the atmosphere is very quiet and private and feels like its own resort haven with an extra light and airy feel. The 500-square foot balcony offers a gulf view and a great place to enjoy that morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail as you unwind. This fantastic balcony features brand-new outdoor furniture. You will not find a more tranquil beach escape than this unit!

Additionally, the entire building and private pools recently went through (May 2020) a $5 million exterior renovation, so all common areas are in excellent shape.

Guests can access the entire condo as well as the two pools, hot tub, and beachfront bar and restaurant steps away from the condo. Additionally, there is a tennis court, a shuffleboard court, 18-hole mini golf, a pickle ball court, and gorgeous emerald beaches that are yours to enjoy free!

Very nice unit. It was very clean and as pictured. Being at the end of the building, it was very quiet. We had no issues with our experience which made our trip that much more enjoyable.

Great location and wonderful corner property. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Hosts were responsive and check-in was really easy. Great condo for my family of three. Our teenage daughter had her own bathroom-made getting ready very easy. We didn’t do any major cooking-but the kitchen was well equipped and had everything needed to make full meals.We loved the resort property. Christmas is clearly not a very busy time so the pool bar wasn’t open. But I can see how great it would be during season. Overall-I highly recommend this property.

Beautifully decorated condo

The condo is exactly as pictured online and even nicer in person. Host was very easy to communicate with and was able to accommodate a change when our flight was canceled.

Very private and glamorously furnished. Beautifully updated bathrooms. The only minor missing element is no ocean view. We were aware of this prior to booking so it did not disappoint

Family Perfection

Absolutely perfect. Close to shops & dining, spotlessly clean and comfortable, literally a few steps to the sand and beach, and to top it all off; the single most gracious host I’ve ever had the pleasure to deal with. Mrs Mitzi not only accommodated us but made sure anything we needed was covered. Will be staying again.

Beautiful condo, just beautiful! The beds were probably the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on, the pillows too. We spent a lot of time on the huge balcony. Check in was breeze. Only thing that I would add is maybe get measuring cups, unless we didn’t see them. The two pools were wonderful since the red flags were flying most days. The little restaurant by the pool, it was a little pricey but it was very good! Mixed drinks were well made-bottom line I was sad when our trip ended. Side note: the owners are amazing to work with. She answered about a million questions before I booked and was very helpful on things to do and places to eat. Also, she is kind, we had a little issue midway thru our week and she was very understanding. Book this condo!!!

Property was exactly as pictured, very clean and in a great location. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Access to pool and beach couldn’t be easier. Owner was very responsive to questions and very nice to deal with. We would definitely return and highly recommend.

Great getaway!

We had an awesome weekend stay! The condo was clean, nicely stocked with what we needed, and beautifully decorated. The balcony was huge and we enjoyed sitting out there for morning coffee. Property amenities were great as well-- we really only enjoyed the pool restaurant/ bar and the beach but saw many other great activities for our next stay that will hopefully be longer. Thank you for an amazing trip!

2022 Summer Trip

Condo was clean and had everything that was advertised in listing. View of the beach was not as nice as we hoped but the condo was one of the nicest we’ve stayed at in Destin. Owner was easy to contact and very accommodating, even adding an additional night to our stay last minute. Would recommend this condo to anyone looking.

Beautiful Condo

This condo was beautifully decorated and furnished! It was perfect for our family of six. Two kids shared one room, one slept on the sleeper sofa, and the baby slept in the pack-n-play that was provided. We loved not having to bring our own pack-n-play and having that extra space in our van! We also loved being at the end of the hall, which enabled us to leave our chairs and sand toys on our “porch” and not have to worry about anyone walking by them and taking them. Mitzi was very responsive when we let her know about a small issue with the tub, and she had a plumber out to fix it within hours. The only suggestion I have to make this condo even better is to have a few more kitchen supplies. We wanted to make muffins and cookies, but didn’t find a muffin tin or cookie sheet. The oven mits were hard to access with the location of the refrigerator, but we just used a towel to take things out of the oven. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Great lodgings!

We had family vacation at area. Several families had rented units in the Tides. Our unit was perfect! Clean, spacious , comfortable, comfortable furnishings. The host , Mitzi, was a gem! Easy to contact before, during, and after. She was very helpful, timely response, gracious and knowledgeable!

Simply beautiful condo in a great resort. Well appointed, comfy beds, clean, etc. Right on the beach, close to many really good food options. The only thing missing was a direct view to the beach from the condo. Definitely good value for this location.

Miramar Girls Trip

We enjoyed the condo very much. The furnishings were upscale and the decor was fabulous! Our only recommendation would be to place non slip pads under the rugs on the tiled floors as they are very slippery and could cause someone to fall. Thank you for sharing your lovely condo!

My husband and I are Alabama natives, but we've been coming to Miramar Beach and Tops'l for over two decades and feel this area has become like a second home to us. We love this area and hope that our listings will help many other families fall in love with it as well! I'm a former Auburn cheerleader that married an Alabama grad, but despite our differences, we've been happily together for over 35 years.

WE LOVE THE LOCATION. IT IS VERY PRIVATE BUT IN THE MIDDLE OF EVERYTHING. MY KIDS LOVED COMING HERE BECAUSE THERE IS SO MUCH TO DO. IT OFFERS SOME OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BEACHES IN THE WORLD.
