We moved to the Tops'l community because we needed more space and wanted to be Gulf Front. This complex allowed me to give my teenage girls the freedom they desired to move about on their own. The gated community and access to the pools, beach, pickleball courts, basketball court, tiki bar, shuffle board and putt putt gives them plenty to do and it is easy to let them move about and know they are safe. The condo balcony is large and serves as a second living space for our family which gives us plenty of room to spread out at the end of a relaxing beach day.

The sidewalks throughout the neighborhood are wonderful for morning walks in the lush green landscape, but what I love most is to head east for a morning beach walk toward Tops'l Preserve along untouched natural beaches.

We primarily selected this neighborhood because it gives us shopping, entertainment and restaurants close by, but also restaurants and entertainment on property so we never have to get in our car to go off site.
