The primary guest is responsible for the reservation, must be staying at the property during the reservation period unless prior written approval has been granted, and is fully accountable for the conduct of all individuals included in the reservation. Any violation of house rules by the primary guest or their invitees will be the responsibility of the primary guest and may result in fees, penalties, or early termination of the stay without refund.
This property offers self-check-in. For the safety, security, and protection of all parties, we require all reservations to complete an identity verification and background screening through a secure third-party service. The verification process includes submitting a valid government-issued photo ID and a live selfie to confirm identity. The name on the ID must match the name on the reservation. This must be completed and approved before check-in instructions will be released.
An email with instructions to complete the verification will be sent shortly after booking. If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder. Failure to complete and/or pass the verification process—including meeting age and background requirements—will result in ineligibility to stay at the property. A $250 pre-check-in security deposit may be required to cover incidentals or damages. This deposit is fully refundable after check-out, provided no violations or issues occur. Serious or repeat violations may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. A warning will be issued for noise complaints; a second complaint may result in removal from the property without refund.

Do not move furniture, décor, or appliances.
Tampering with Wi-Fi routers, smart devices, security cameras, or locks is strictly prohibited.
Mail or package delivery is not allowed. The host/property is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned deliveries.

In the event that building management, maintenance staff, or emergency personnel need to access the unit, we’ll do our best to provide advance notice. Guests are required to allow entry if needed. For safety reasons, tampering with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, or other safety equipment is not permitted and may result in reservation cancellation.
Lockouts & Key Policy:
Lost keys, damaged lock devices, or lockouts may result in a replacement or service fee depending on the timing and circumstances.
