Amazing Property

The property, and the resort was beautiful. Well thought out for the guests, Everything was so convenient, from the 2 golf carts allowing easy access to the many amenities on the property. The home was beautiful, clean and spacious.

The house was perfect for us. A great value for what you get, Lots of room, super quiet (we didn't hear a peep out of the neighbors), convenient location, etc. Even though we didn't cook, the kitchen was stocked with just about everything you would need to cook for a big group. We had a great stay here and recommend

Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The property was spotless, incredibly clean, and very spacious. There was plenty of room to relax and feel at home. The location was ideal and made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go.The amenities were excellent, and we especially appreciated the free tickets, which were a great bonus and added even more value to our trip. Everything was thoughtfully set up to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable.I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free, enjoyable getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

Our three generation spring break stay was absolutely lovely. Golf carts were fun for all. Great neighborhood amenities! Convenient location for beach access, golf, fishing, boating, and restaurants. We had an interior door lock break mid stay and the property management company was quick to address and very communicative. We were very pleased with the response. I would definitely stay at Tees and Tides again.

Great House and great location for golf and beach

My 3 adult kids and I stayed at this house and had a great experience. The house was in great shape. Sizable bedrooms and bathrooms all were great. 2 golf carts to get around the gated community were a big plus as boys were able to take to Golf and daughter and I could take to beach. Property management was super responsive over text and phone to all the questions we had as well
