After a day outdoors exploring the amazing Wanaka area, unwind with a coffee or drink at the local café and bar, also just a short, easy walk away.

The 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom holiday home has an open-plan living area providing a warm and inviting space to relax, with a gas fireplace adding to the cosy atmosphere. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, and the functional kitchen connects seamlessly to the dining and lounge areas, making it easy to entertain or enjoy family time.

The bedrooms are well-sized, with the master featuring its own ensuite bathroom for added convenience. The other two bedrooms share the main bathroom. With its practical layout and convenient location, this property offers a comfortable base for making the most of Wanaka’s natural beauty and vibrant community. The minimum stay at Cottesbrook is 3 nights.

Guests have access to the entire house.

Please be aware that this property is managed by ‘Release Wanaka’. We are a local Wanaka property management business and we are legally responsible for the care of the property. We require a fully refundable security bond for each booking. This will be refunded in full within 7 days of departure, as long as no loss or damage has occurred at the property. We require credit card details either before you arrive or on the day of arrival. The security bond for Cottesbrook is $1,000.

There is a one-off booking management fee of NZ$300 per reservation. On Airbnb, this fee is spread over the nights of your booking.

If you are checking in or out on a public holiday, a surcharge of $NZ 280.00 is added to your booking. If the check-in & check-out dates both fall on public holiday, the surcharge will be $NZ 280.00 for each day.
