A beautiful, generously sized 4 bedroom villa set in 5 acres of gardens makes the perfect destination for couples, friends and families.

IMPORTANT:
Please note the maximum number of guests allowed under Body Corporate rules is 8 adults and up to 2 kids. So it's a MAXIMUM of 10 people but at least 2 must be under the age of 16.

BEDROOMS:
Four spacious bedrooms. All with luxury beds with new premium mattress toppers, hypo-allergenic duvets, electric blankets, fabulous cotton bed linen and cosy throws. Noiret panel heaters in all bedrooms.

BATH:
1 x Ensuite in main room, a second full bathroom and a third half bath. All towels are included for you.

KITCHEN:
Our kitchen is in the heart of an open-plan dining and living space with bi-fold doors that flow to a huge wrap-around terrace for alfresco dining. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need from a Nespresso coffee maker including pods, pots and pans, basic pantry items such and flour and sugar.

DINING:
Beautiful indoor and outdoor dining options, plenty of space for all of your friends and family!

LOUNGE:
Double-sided real flame gas fireplace in the lounge. New 50 inch TV and blu-ray DVD player - sit back and enjoy a movie night in front of the fire, DVD's included.

You will have access to the villages incredible ammenities including a full tennis court, gym, sauna, sandpit and Florence's Cafe & Foodstore for great coffee, delicious food and superb local produce.
