The owners have made sure nothings amiss, You`ll have everything you need for your stay. There`s even games for the kids. It`s simply amazing!



As you step inside, the heart of this home will captivate you. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area seamlessly flow together, creating an inviting space for gatherings and relaxation. The suspended fireplace adds a touch of warmth and elegance, making it the ideal spot to unwind on cooler evenings. A large front facing deck with 180-degree views is the perfect spot for outdoor entertaining, BBQ`s, sipping your morning coffee or soaking in the outdoor bath.



The main bedroom is a true retreat, privately tucked away from the other three bedrooms and showcasing more of those mesmerizing views. It features a walk-in wardrobe and a luxurious kings sized bed and ensuite with a rainfall shower.



The other 3 bedrooms, all generous in size consists of another king bed and 2 queens.



Outback you`ll find a fire pit for cosy evening catch ups.

Guests have access to the whole house.



This property is self check in with a lockbox. We are available at anytime during your stay if required.



Legana is a fast growing suburb with everything you could possibly need in the one spot. Just a mere 15 minute drive from the city Legana is a perfect mix of quiet but practical.



We suggest having a vehicle during your stay



No parties please. Quiet times are from 10pm - 8am. Please be respectful of our neighbours. If you host a party at any of our properties, you will immediately incur a $1000 fine plus damages. Parties of any description are not allowed or accepted. We are very strict on this.

A refundable $300 security deposit will be charged upon reservation confirmation. This is required to cover any incidental damages and will be automatically released within 7 days after check-out, provided the property remains in good condition.

Guests who stay past checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum $50.

If guests require a porta cot, there is a $50 charge per stay.

Stripe processing fee will be deducted if the guest requests a refund.
