Nueva y moderna casa 4BR construida en 2016.
Esta casa tiene un gran salón abierto, cocina, comedor, con una gran mesa para sentar a una familia numerosa, una gran terraza con barbacoa para su uso privado, ¡y ha mirado la vista!
2 2. Salones de 5 plazas de cuero y 1 tela de 3 plazas.
Todo lo que necesitas para cocinar un festín en la cocina.
Habitaciones, 1 habitación king con vestidor y baño privado, 3 habitaciones queen más 4to dormitorio tiene 2 camas queen y 2 camas individuales.
Encontrará otro baño con bañera y ducha. Y 2 baños separados. uno abajo.
Garaje doble, lavandería con lavadora y secadora.
El patio está fuera de los límites en este momento, ya que el paisajismo aún no se ha completado.

The host has been more than welcoming and helpful. The house has a fabulous view and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beds were comfortable, couches comfortable. No complaints!

Great location, clean house with a beautiful view

The house is located in a nice suburb and has a beautiful view from the balcony. It was very equipped with required cutleries, utensils and our host, Christine has also stock up the pantry ready for us. Christine is a wonderful host, very prompt and quick with her response and it was a delight communicating and organising our stay at Christine's house. My friends and I would highly recommend this house to anyone who intends to visit Launceston. Cheers. Irene

Amazing place to stay with family

We had great fun staying at this property. It was very clean and had all the things to make the stay comfortable. Christine is a great host and was kind enough to help with grocery pickup before we arrive.

Just right!

This property with it’s several bedrooms and bathrooms, large, sitting room and dining room and fantastic kitchen worked amazingly well for a mixed group of 12 assembled for my big O birthday. Christine was very prompt in attending to us eg when we couldn’t work the air conditioner which we should’ve been able to manage! The amazing views from the balcony and the main room added to the atmosphere, and it’s closeness to a supermarket and central launceston, as well as Cataract Gorge completed a fantastic day

Family holiday

Riverside was the perfect house for our extended family of 6 adults and 3 children. It had bedrooms on multiple levels, some with stunning views of the river. It is tastefully furnished with comfortable bedding. Our hostess provided a very generously filled pantry of essentials with plentiful supplies of cooking equipment should you wish to cook. We chose to eat out ... a nearby hotel and Malaycious for Asian meals. Would highly recommend Riverside when staying in Launceston.

Perfect Accommodation For Our Family

This property was perfect for our family. Master bedroom and ensuite with amazing views. Separate bedrooms with own bathroom for kids. Plenty of space for everyone. Amazing views and huge deck for BBQs. Happy to be able to use the garage as it rained most of the time. Beds very comfortable. Christine was on call and replied to messages very quickly. Best Stayz experience we have had. Easy to find and close to Woolies. Hopefully we will be back 😊 5 stars.

Perfect family holiday home

We are a large family of two adults and 5 kids ranging from 9-16. We stayed at this wonderful property for 3 nights. The kids had plenty of options for sleeping and space to play/hang out. The property is beautifully positioned with gorgeous views of the river. It was quite cold but the house was toasty and has plenty of heating. We cooked one night and the kitchen was as well equipped to do so. We loved the homely touches in the house, the linen was good quality and beds were comfortable. We would definitely return and recommend this house to large families or perhaps two families who wish to share. Great value accommodation. The host was also very communicative and helpful.

Great times in Tassie

We enjoyed our family stay. It was a great location and the home was well set up. The kids enjoyed staying downstairs and there was plenty of room for us all. Christine was very responsive and a great host.

Fantastic location and house

We stayed at Christine's house as we were in Launceston for a sporting event. Christine met us at check in and showed us around and could not have been more helpful. We also needed to store a trailer after our stay before coming back to Launceston and Christine helped make the arrangements for us. Highly recommend this is a great place to stay with views that go up and down the Tamar valley that are just awe inspiring.

A whole family home

Wow, what a beautiful home. Stayed with 5 adults and 5 kids, who all thought it was awesome that the kids had their own area downstairs which was almost sound proof! The only negative was that the downstairs TV had no internet but not a big issue once they were asleep. Fully stocked kitchen with almost every gadget you could possibly need during your stay. Excellent communication with the owner. And lastly the view is amazing day and night, with the sun shining or the rain falling, just pure beautiful Tassie scenery! Highly recommend. Thank you again.

Amazing place

Stayed with family and friends for 3 nights. Couldn’t fault anything. Great location close to supermarket and a great view spacious house and comfortable beds. Was a beautiful home and the host was great too

Fabulous!

This was such a fabulous house. Very spacious, lots provided in kitchens/bathrooms etc. Such comfortable beds! The view was amazing. 5 minutes drive into town, and groceries/chemist just at the bottom of the hill. Laundry powder/ dishwasher liquid tablets/ cooking oil etc all there too which is so helpful. If you're there in January sample some delicious plums from the fruit tree outside.
