Kitchen with gas cooking, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and breakfast bar for casual dining. Step downstairs to a separate sitting room for relaxing away from the kids or just read a book. Upstairs are three bedrooms with family bathroom and toilet with laundry and powder room downstairs.
