This stunning 3 story house set in the Sebel Twin Waters Resort, is part of a luxurious complex. The beach walk access is 50 m away, a communal pool is 25 m away, but of course, you also have the use of your own private pool.
Paddle skis, catamarans and the water trampoline are complimentary for guest use.
Just a short distance away you’ll find some of the Sunshine Coast’s most beautiful beaches, including Mudjimba Beach, perfect for swimming, surfing, and beachcombing. Enjoy peaceful walks and picnics in the well-maintained parks and gardens scattered throughout the area.

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.

Overall the property was lovely and well furnished, although perhaps not perfect for a family with young kids as the bedrooms are spaced apart and there are lots of stairs. There is plenty of space and the owners are generous in allowing use of sports equipment and games. However, the property is in need of TLC. Examples are the plunge pool was not clean (fortunately the resort pools and lagoon are nearby), several of the roller blinds were broken and could not be retracted and some of the windows were missing insect screens - those in the 2nd bedroom were visible through the windows on a roof below. The roof over the covered deck also leaked in the downpour we experienced on our final day.Would we book the house again? Yes, if the house is given the TLC it deserves
