The Space:
This peaceful Ninderry retreat offers the perfect blend of space, comfort, and natural beauty. Thoughtfully designed with two separate living rooms, it caters beautifully to families or groups seeking both connection and privacy. Whether you're curled up with a book in the second lounge or sharing a film night in the main living room, there's room for everyone to relax.
At the heart of the home is a bright, open-plan kitchen and dining area that flows effortlessly onto a huge covered deck, arguably the star of the show. With sweeping mountain views and fresh hinterland air, it’s an ideal spot for alfresco dining, morning coffees, or simply soaking in the scenery from sunrise to sunset.
The sleeping layout includes a spacious king bedroom with a sofa bed (perfect for a child or teen), a queen room, and a third bedroom with two single beds, making it easy to accommodate families or groups of friends. There are two bathrooms: the ensuite with a large shower and twin vanities and the second featuring both a bathtub and separate shower, ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach or markets.
- Bedroom 1: King Bed and a sofa futon bed, ducted AC, ceiling fan & ensuite bathroom.
- Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, ducted AC & ceiling fan.

With ducted air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, full laundry facilities, and secure parking, the home is as practical as it is peaceful. The entire home is available for guest use except for the garage, there is space to fit 2 cars on the driveway, plus plenty of free street parking.

*No guests under the age of 25 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults as part from a family booking is ok.)
*There is an external security camera for outside use Only.
*Please note that this property is on tank water. We appreciate you being as conservative as you can with the usage of the water. Please also be mindful as its on septic, no sanitary items, wipes, chemicals, etc. to be flushed. We appreciate your understanding.
*This home is in a residential neighbourhood with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
