Step out your door and into holiday mode—this bright, two-level apartment is just 50m from Coolum’s patrolled surf beach. With two bathrooms, laundry, and a full kitchen, it’s made for sandy feet, sunset strolls, and slow breakfasts. Explore the coastal locale on bikes or head across the road for Thai, Italian or gelato—because beach days deserve delicious endings.
The Space:
Step inside your two-level Coolum Beach escape—where morning swims are 50 metres away, and dinner options are literally across the road. This breezy, coastal apartment offers everything you need for a relaxed, beachside stay with all the comforts of home.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright open-plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stovetop, microwave, and all the bits and pieces to cook (or just plate up your takeaway pad thai from Pinto House). There’s also a combined bathroom/laundry with a washer and dryer to make post-beach life that little bit easier.
Upstairs, three comfortable bedrooms await.
Bedroom 1 - 1 x King bed and private balcony
Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen bed
Bedroom 3 - 1 x Double bed
The primary and back bedroom have air-conditioning, while ceiling fans keep the whole floor breezy. A second bathroom is located upstairs for added convenience. Bikes are available to help you cruise Coolum like a local, and all the essentials—linen, towels, tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil—are included, so you can drop your bags and hit the beach.
One parking space is available in the carport.

Entire guest access to apartment. Free parking on premises
The Neighborhood:
Smack-bang in the heart of Coolum Beach, your stay puts you just 50m from the patrolled surf beach, waterfront dining, and the iconic Surf Club. Start your day with a coffee from Raw Energy, cycle along the coastal path, or hike nearby Mount Coolum for epic views. Treat yourself to dinner at Castro’s or Thai from Pinto House, and cool off with a cone from Caribbean Dreams. For day trips, explore Noosa, the Eumundi Markets, or the lush trails of the hinterland—all just a short drive away.
Getting Around:
Public transport and plenty of parking available. Most facilities are all a short walk & drive away.

Unfortunately we do not accept bookings for school leavers. Strictly must be over the age of 25 to book.
