Bedrooms (sleep up to 4):

-2 King Primary bedrooms, each with a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom has a 50 inch smart TV with cable.

The cabin features a vaulted open living area. This spacious area features a 55 inch smart TV with cable, adequate seating for your group, and windows that fill the space with natural light. Lounge around a cozy fire while reminiscing about the activities of the day! From here, access a covered, deck with seating for 6.

Kitchen and Dining:

The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked, with all of the appliances and amenities you’d find at home, including a regular coffee maker, keurig coffee maker, and refrigerator with plenty of room for your vacation groceries.

Conversation over food is the best! The dining area features a 5-person dining table, and seating for 3 at the kitchen island while preparing meals. Don't forget al fresco dining for 6 on the large screened in deck.

This cabin is only a short walk to the Fox Hollow family-friendly pool with an easy walk-in slope, covered dining areas, basketball, volleyball court, and playground. You will also find a fabulous catch and release lake and walking trail.

Our guests at Little Magnolia Lodge are granted access to a plethora of resort amenities. Take advantage of the clubhouse, restaurant, walking trails, fitness center, several playgrounds, basketball court, tennis courts (which convert to pickleball), sand volleyball, zero-entry pool, and a serene catch and release lake for fishing enthusiasts. We are conveniently situated within walking distance of the pool (open seasonally) and catch and release lake. Golf enthusiasts will be delighted with the resort golf course- Ledgestone Golf Course (extra fees apply for golf). Whether you're a seasoned golfer or a beginner looking to enjoy a round of golf amidst beautiful surroundings, this resort course offers a great opportunity to indulge in your favorite sport.

***Important Notes:

-Parking is paid to the community welcome center upon arrival. $7 per day per vehicle
-Hot water heater will only fill one jacuzzi bath before running out of hot water
-Must be 25 years old to book
-Rental Agreement and Copy of Drivers License required after booking
-*Pets CONSIDERED. We are pet/dog friendly, but must be agreed on prior to booking, so please ASK FIRST about bringing your dog along BEFORE BOOKING! DO NOT INSTANT BOOK WITHOUT DISCUSSING YOUR PET IN DETAIL WITH ME FIRST TO SEE IF IT MEETS OUR REQUIREMENTS!!! We consider 1 SMALL TO MEDIUM, ADULT, LOW SHEDDING dog. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, must be kenneled while you are away, leashed and picked up after outside, and not a barker or whiner while you are away due to our neighbors. There is a $25 per night non refundable pet fee.


We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen and take to dumpster
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
