Clean & Spacious 2BR/2BA. Gated resort with amenities

Come enjoy this beautiful 1200 square foot 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium at Holiday Hill Resort and Golf Club. Located just 3 miles from the Branson Landing. Amenities include outdoor pool, golfing, tennis, fishing, game room and much more. This condo is on the second level and is non smoking. We have a 42” tv with cable and blue ray player in living room, king size beds in both bedrooms, each bedroom has tv with cable, free WI-Fi, large jetted tub in master bath, fully stocked kitchen and grocery store located just across the street. You can find everything you need without going far.

Guests who have stayed with us in the past. Please note as of January 1, 2021 guest and condo owners of Holiday Hills are no longer able to access the indoor pool. This is now for Holiday Inn Timeshare guests only. We apologize for this inconvenience.
At this time Landing Fitness (near The Landing) is allowing our guest to purchase a $50.00 weekly pass to use their facility and indoor pool.

Great Stay!

There were four of us going on our annual shopping trip. The location was close to Branson Landing but was still a quiet peaceful area! The condo was clean and decorated for Christmas which made it nice a cozy!

Wonderful getaway.

Perfect place for girl's getaway. Very clean and close to attractions we were wanting to see. Nice having a grocery store so close, to grab thing on our way home each night.

Girls weekend

Perfect for our mom and daughter’s weekend! Location was perfect, it was clean and just as described. Hopefully making this a yearly trip and this the place we stay.

Branson Weekend Getaway

We come to Branson several weekends a year. This is our 2nd stay in this complex. Very relaxing and easy! Nice complex that is spread out and has many fun features!

Amazing condo

The condo was exactly as listed - it was very clean and a great place for our family. Bonus-it was decorated beautifully for Christmas! It was in a great location, just minutes from the Landing. Catherine was amazing to work with. Beautiful condo!

Couples vacation in Branson we found the condo to be clean and comfortable. We just prepared breakfast at the condo and found the cooking utensils to be quite adequate.

Absolutely amazing!!

We had an amazing girls weekend in Branson. This condo was amazing!! Great view of the golf course. Extremely clean and the beds were super comfy. Had great communication with the host. We will be back next year!!

Nice Property, Friendly and Helpful Host

Good location and easy to get around. Condo had lots of natural light and was very quiet. Host let us know as soon as the property was available so we could check in early and get settled. Very much appreciated.

A perfect location overlooking a golf course. It is about five minutes away from downtown Branson in a very quiet neighborhood of condos. Decoration of the condo was very pleasing. Many kitchen supplies were available via pots, pans, silverware, even a crock pot. Again, location could not have been better. Communication and checking were great. They also had binders with rules, property maps, and also close stores and attractions. Would gladly stay again at this property

Loved it

Catherine was so pleasant to work with and answered all my questions in a timely manner. The condo was everything showed in the pictures and was very well stocked with anything you could want or need. The view of the golf course was awesome and just the views everywhere around it. This was by far one of the nicest condo's we have stayed at.

Delightful and Accommodating

Great view, Quiet, Safe area.Well stocked KitchenOnly issue was insufficient heat. The bedroom accross from the kitchen has no heat vents and the window unit which is supposed to have a heat source did not produce heat.

Needs updates

Furniture needs updating. Place was clean but couch sunk to the bottom. Stayed in neighborhood a few weeks prior for basically same price in a more comfortable unit. Not complaining just advising.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

My family and I cannot say enough about how perfect this condo was for our weekend getaway. Catherine was amazing to deal and so detailed orientated from how tricky the gate can be to the directions to locate the condo. We felt so welcomed upon arriving with how cute the doorway was with the Fall decorations and the coziness and welcome feeling just continued once inside. My husband who is a golfer, LOVED the location of the condo and had a blast sitting out on the deck Saturday morning watching the two man scramble tournament that was going on, we kept teasing that we needed to buy them a sign for the deck that reads "watch out for flying golf balls!" It was so comical!! We also really enjoyed sitting out there and watching the deer run on the course at night once we came in from our evening activities. The space was perfect for our family, the pools are so nice and the location is great. We look forward to our next visit! For anyone reading this, you will not be disappointed if you book this condo :)

Green Acres is located in a quiet gated neighborhood which allows a peaceful place to relax. Most early mornings and evenings you can enjoy seeing wildlife roam around from the back patio. However when your ready to enjoy Branson it’s a short drive to all the attractions offered.
