Almost Heaven
We enjoyed our stay. Its a cute Lil cabin and very well equipped. It is posted to sleep 7 and even expecting tight it would be very tight for 7. We had 5 and small dog and it was a little tight but manageable. For the price it was a good buy. We did have trouble with a couple things. There was no gas in the firepit so we didnt get to use it and really wanted to. The jets in the hot tub ran really weak and we were annoyed to find the smoke detecors chirping with bad batteries when we arrived at 11pm the first night. That was not pleasant and came at a bad time as we did also have major issue's with the driveway. The driveway has a hairpin turn and has an uneven corner. I turned in and where the driveway is unlevel hit the under belly of the back of my car and ultimately damaged my vehicle by breaking the trunk latch completely off. At this same spot, there was once a guardrail that is laying in the weeds. It would have kept me from turning in on the unlevel portion and I would have gone up the mountain and turned around coming in from the other direction. This should be put back up or a light put there or some kind of guarding. Its a couple hundred dollar fix for me, an immediate bad start to our vacation and an overall bad look for the property. If you have a smaller car or average sedan this is a rough driveway for that kind of car.
