Starfish Studio is clean, quiet, comfortable, and CLOSE! Sitting directly on the beach with a superior view, we even have FREE beach chairs + umbrella for you daily (in season) so you can head to the sand without lugging loads of stuff.
This gorgeous studio is perfectly sized for 1-4 people, and the ideal location to enjoy a memory-filled trip.

The Starfish Studio faces the water and is located on the 5th floor—not too high and not too low—of a smaller, quieter, easy in/out resort. With tremendous views of the beach and the pool from our floor to ceiling window, the condo is remodeled and features two queen beds, a dining table for four, two recliners, a smart TV with HD service, a kitchen area with all you need for meals or snacks, LVP flooring and updated lighting, pots/pans, granite countertops, a gorgeous bathroom with walk in shower. A large walk-in closet accommodates clothing, shoes, and luggage with ease.
*There is a great view of the water and a screened window that opens but NO PRIVATE BALCONY. A large, communal balcony is just 3 doors down with comfy chairs to enjoy.
Primary renter must be at least 21 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $200 damage deposit hold (not a charge) placed on a credit/debit card that will be released after his/her uneventful stay. A $30 fee/per stay is required by the Resort to be paid upon arrival. Guaranteed parking for one car; a second is possible depending on occupancy of the resort. The maximum guests allowed in the condo is 4. No pets, ESA, or visitors allowed.

We are Megan & John Hicks from Johns Creek GA, and we manage our two rental condos under the name Sun and Sand PCB. We have long been avid travelers, heading everywhere from the beaches to the ski slopes, enjoying popular areas as well as more remote ones in the U.S., Mexico, Caribbean, and Europe. With such a passion for travel, we had a desire to own vacation homes for our enjoyment as well as others'.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
We love Panama City Beach, having visited here for many years. We knew we wanted to own a condo directly on the Gulf and wanted a place that was perfect for a couple or family. Top of the Gulf was perfect--the complex is so well maintained and it has all the amenities we look for in a beach vacation destination--a great pool, a great location directly on the beach, grills to use if we want, and a Surf Shack with snacks and drinks. All the extras just put it over the top for us and we knew guests would love it too.

This cozy complex (just 199 condos and 8 stories) is in the highly sought-after Thomas Drive area. The grounds and landscaping are gorgeous; and the pool is stunning. A toddler pool is ideal for little ones, and ample pool chairs are available. There is a great snack shack by the pool and beach with food and drinks, and an ice maker is right on site to conveniently fill your cooler.
Check out the shuffleboard court and cornhole boards for games in the sun, or an inside game room that is newly remodeled gets you away from the heat. There is a fitness room with new equipment on property as well. Laundry facilities (coin or card) are located throughout the complex.
