This 1 bedroom plus bunks, 2-bathroom condo has everything you need for a great beach vacation. Located at Twin Palms Resort, you are close to the best of everything Panama City Beach has to offer! From Pier Park and Gulf World to Pineapple Willy's and the Sportsplex, you are just minutes from great activities and just steps from the beach.

The kitchen fully stocked with all the small appliances, utensils, and tools you will need and upgraded stainless steel appliances. The automatic ice maker is currently out of order, we do provide ice trays to be sure you do not go without. Whether you want to make coffee to enjoy on your balcony or make a full dinner to share with your guests, you can do it here! The open floorplan leads into the living room, offering tons of natural light and gorgeous ocean views. There is a large, flat screen TV and tons of seating, perfect for movie nights.

The Master bedroom features a King bed and large flat screen TV, with its own en suite bathroom that has a shower tub combo for extra privacy. It is the perfect place to end a busy day at the beach. The bunks located in the hall are just steps away from the second full bathroom that also has a shower tub combo. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area if needed. You will also find a washer and dryer in the property for your convenience.

Twin Palms is located right in the heart of Panama City Beach. Located just steps from the ocean, you can spend your day relaxing at the beach. Twin Palms has a large pool with huge pool deck area, complete with a hot tub, grill area and tables and chairs for dining. There is an indoor hot tub, a newly renovated fitness center, complete with dry and steam saunas. You are just moments from all of the best PCB has to offer- so whether you stay on the beach all day or venture out, you are sure to have a great time! Note: Garage Clearance: 6'

This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. They are the ONLY linen service in the area that guarantees completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night's rest! RESORT PROJECT NOTICE: Starting on 01/23/24, the resort will start redoing the walkway of each floor. Each floor will take approximately two days to complete. The first day will be the grinding of the floor to remove any of the old paint and to get to the concrete. The second day will be to apply the coating (and this is the only time guests/owners cannot be on the floor for about 6 to 8 hours). Thank you for your patience and understanding.
