Water Lane offers generous space with 3 living areas and a large outdoor living to accommodate up to 14 guests, making it an ideal sanctuary for large groups and families.

Exuding elegance and comfort, our property features six beautifully appointed bedrooms complete with plush linens and all the comforts of home. The master suite offers you a grand private escape with an ensuite bathroom, while other rooms provide equally desirable comforts.

The entertainment options at Water Lane are exclusive and endless, thanks to its array of engaging amenities including a games room. Our holiday rental features a sparkling swimming pool, a dedicated barbecue area complete with utensils, a smart TV and a selection of board games.

Meal preparations are a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with appliances such as a stove, oven, coffee machine, and dishwasher. Not to mention the convenience of additional essentials like a washing machine, tumble dryer, dedicated parking spaces for up to 4 cars, and Wi-Fi.

Outside, you can dine al fresco or enjoy relaxing on the patio, enjoy enchanting garden views, or engage in games in our fully fenced yard, ensuring the safety and freedom for your children to roam carefree.

Important Information:
- Please note that this property is situated on a battle axe block and is the second of three residences. Parking is only permitted in the designated area in front of 65A. Any additional vehicles must be parked on the street, as parking in the shared driveway is strictly prohibited.
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning all throughout.
- This is a families only property and only permits a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity. No groups of adults are permitted unless an intergenerational family group.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- For your security and safety this property has an active Cctv camera facing the driveway and detects motion and swing around when there is movement by cars or people in front of the house. They will be on during your stay.
- After booking you sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
- We reserve the right to request photographic proof of id such as driver’s license or passport.

Our name is Professional Holiday Homes and we aim to live up to the word “Professional” in everything we do. The formula for our properties is based on the award winning holiday homes created by our CEO.

Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days. As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.

What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.

We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.

As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.

Enjoy calm swimming beaches and a relaxed coastal culture in this scenic town. Tucked into the northern pocket of Jervis Bay on the NSW South Coast, Callala Bay has a boat ramp and jetty, providing easy access to the clear aqua waters for sailing, fishing and snorkelling. Make sure you keep an eye out for dolphins.

You can learn to sail with Jervis Bay Sailing Club, or go bushwalking and fishing in nearby Jervis Bay National Park. The park is a natural sanctuary of sand forests, eucalypt woodlands and beaches with powder-white sand. It’s also home to abundant wildlife and important Aboriginal cultural conservation sites.

Just south of Callala Bay is gorgeous Callala Beach, which is backed by a reserve with BBQs and picnic tables. At Club Callala enjoy a bite to eat, lawn bowls and a round of golf on the 18-hole course where kangaroos roam. A courtesy bus operates around the local area seven days a week.

Nearby is the village of Myola, located on the banks of Currambene Creek, a popular fishing spot. You can rent a boat from Husky Hire-A-Boat at Woollamia Boat Ramp and explore the pretty waterway. Take the Husky Ferry from Myola to Huskisson, where dolphin and whale-watching cruises depart.

Our property is furnished with family comfort in mind. We provide a games room complete with indoor basketball game, soccer table and games console providing great entertainment for children on those wet days! There is also an 85 inch smart tv in each living area.

Water Lane provides comfort with reclining sofas in each living area. There is an outdoor kitchen, outdoor lounge plus 12 seater outdoor dining table in a large covered outdoor entertaining area. There are 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to accomodate guests. The swimming pool is solar heated. The pool is regularly serviced. Please replace the pool cover at night as it prevents leaves etc falling in the pool on windy nights. Our property is a short three minute walk to the beach.
