Great place to stay

This house was perfect for our group of six. Plenty of space, beautiful open floor plan, comfortable beds and a great view of the bay. The host was very helpful when we had one small issue and resolved it right away. If you’re interested in visiting the Harbor Springs area I can’t recommend this property enough.

Great if it had been cleaned.

This property should have been a great stay. The house is very nice. Some areas are dated but clearly shown in the pictures. They obviously keep it very clean normally. Unfortunately, it had not been cleaned when we arrived and the host wasn’t interested in helping. We had to clean the whole home ourselves (including washing sheets to use) after arriving late at night. The host immediately offered a cleaning fee refund, but it took weeks and many many messages to finally get it. This would have been a 5 star review if the property had been cleaned.

Stop searching and book this property!

We stayed at this incredible property with 10 adults for a ski weekend at Nubs Nob. It was absolute perfection! Clean, spacious, comfortable beds and linens and so much more! We loved the open space upstairs with multiple seating areas to visit. The large kitchen with plenty of counter space for preparing meals was also well equipped with everything you could possibly need including a crockpot, cleaning supplies and basic spices/staple pantry items. Also appreciated access to a bathroom/shower from each bedroom even if as a shared Jack and Jill bathroom. We loved the views from 4 of the bedrooms with large windows (have room darkening curtains) and door access to the lower deck from each bedroom. The upper and lower decks of the property run the full length of the house and the view is AMAZING! We enjoyed apres ski/happy hour each evening on the deck complete with stunning sunsets and was a highlight! The property literally had everything: fans, laundry, an air mattress, a sauna!, hairdryers, games, coffee/filters, wood fireplace in the living room and master and a fire ring on the lower deck, beach chairs and bicycles in the garage and so so much more! Do know the listing states a hot tub; it is a jet bath tub in the master bath. The only thing I would change is the listing needs to update and improve the quality of photos of the property. They DO NOT do it justice. In fact I had reservations about booking this property. We were all overwhelming pleasantly surprised!!!

Multigenerational family vacation with a toddler

This was a great property for a 3 generation family vacation with our adult children/spouses and one year old grandson who loved the wide open floor plan for toddling about. We did bring baby gates to wall off the stairway, as the stairwell balcony spindles are rather widely spaced and not safe for crawlers and toddlers. The space is well set up for a variety of guests and activities. The kitchen has everything (pots/pans etc) you will need to cook meals, and has great space to allow everyone to pitch in. A couple of the beds were on the softer side, but not a deal breaker. We didn’t have a great weekend weather-wise, but did get in a day of skiing, some hiking and shopping, and everyone was happy! Easy drive to Nubs and Highlands. We would definitely stay here again. Fantastic view (when it wasn’t covered with fog, lol)!

Perfect getaway

We stayed with our newly engaged son, his fiancé and her family. This was the perfect location with plenty of room to spread out, a beautiful kitchen and beautiful amenities. We loved the deck, both upstairs and downstairs, the sauna and the portable ice maker was a huge bonus. Perfect location to spend time visiting wineries in Petoskey and also shopping/dining in Petoskey and Charlevoix. We could have easily had 2 more couples with plenty of room to still be very comfortable. Would stay again.

Even more stunning than the last time

This is our second time visiting this home absolutely stunning. The views from every room in the house is incredible. If you are seeking a place that’s secluded, but large enough to accommodate multiple families- this is the spot!

Ski weekend

Great place to stay! Convenient location for skiing with a beautiful view of the bay. The house was spacious, very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Owner communication was great with convenient access instructions and directions. We would definitely recommend and look forward to another stay.

Everything you need for an amazing get away

We stayed here for a long weekend away and celebrate a birthday. Relaxing place to stay with amazing views and everything you need. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Close to Nubs Nob, short drive to Skybridge, wineries and breweries.

Outstanding 2nd Visit

This was our second stay at this property over the Thanksgiving holiday week. We were not disappointed. One of our favorite locations and an outstanding place to stay. Owners are great and we highly recommend this house if you're visiting the Harbor Springs area.
