Accessible through a private entrance, this living space also boasts a fully equipped kitchen. It's worth noting that this unit is part of a series of specially constructed homes shortly after the 1900 storm. Note the owner lives on the 2nd floor.

Easy Check-In Process for your rental agreement, ID verification, & security hold

It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications, and sometimes even late checkout!
