"Catch A Wave", ONLY 2 Blocks to the BEACH!! A Family Favorite! *** Not Pet Friendly
Great location to many island activities, restaurants and attractions.
This wonderful home has updates throughout and a fun coastal theme. Located only 2 blocks to the beach and Seawall, you can walk to the beach for endless hours of fun in the sun! Free on-street parking so no need to hassle with Seawall parking!
The multiple decks offer great Gulf breezes and a cozy space for morning coffee or soaking up some sun. Enjoy the upstairs sundeck from the master or by exterior stairs. Catch a Wave is over 100 years old and includes unique features like a claw-foot tub, beautiful old sleigh bed, and gorgeous hardwood floors.
This two-story home sleeps 6 with sleeping for two in the downstairs living room with a queen sleeper sofa. There are two bedrooms located upstairs, creating more privacy. The first bedroom includes a twin with trundle bed and the second/master bedroom features a queen bed. Please note the layout of the rooms upstairs; access to the master is through the twin bedroom, however, there is an exterior door to the sundeck.
On-street parking available at a maximum of two cars, however, parking is enforced with parking permits which we provide for your convenience.

• Stewarts Beach, where chairs, umbrellas, food and bathrooms are available is only 1 mile away
• Beautiful, historic Bishops Palace is .5 miles on Broadway, where tours are available.
• The historic downtown Strand district where shopping, dining, carriage rides and strolling are enjoyed is 1.2 miles away.
• Pier 21 and the harbor where cruise ships dock and many wonderful restaurants reside is 1.5 miles away.
• The Historic Pleasure Pier amusement park is 1.1 miles.
• Murdoch's seashell shop is .9 miles away, straight down the Seawall.

Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.
Please note: Upon booking, guests are required to complete a rental agreement, which will be sent via a secure link. Check-in instructions will only be provided after the agreement is completed.

We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.
We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.
Upon selection/approval of this property, note that basic additional terms & conditions will apply.
