Villa Alee is part of a gated and secure enclave of luxury properties in the residential community of Leeward on Providenciales. This exclusive vacation villa is just a short walk from Leeward’s two public beach access points: Sunset Beach and Pelican Beach.

Guests who book Villa Alee have access to a four-seater golf cart to drive to the beach, two beach cruiser bikes, a beach closet stocked with umbrellas, chairs, floats, and coolers of different sizes, and a beach tent for long days spent soaking up the rays. Our staff sets up beach chairs and umbrellas for you daily at Sunset Beach to give you a resort-style experience in the comfort of an exclusive Turks & Caicos villa in a quiet neighborhood.

This villa is a short drive away from amenities in Grace Bay, like groceries, an award-winning tennis and golf club, banking, shopping, and restaurants. It’s also right around the corner from the Blue Haven Marina, where scuba diving excursions, snorkeling tours, sunset cruises, and wakeboarding operations depart from.

Awesome as Advertised!

We absolutely love the house. It was everything as described and photo. Extremely clean and amazing back patio/pool grilling area. Beach is very close and very nice. Neighborhood is nice and quiet and not busy at all. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect House for a Perfect Trip

Turks has been on our bucket list for a while, and this house was the best place to finally check it off the list. The house was super clean when we arrived and it was a perfect setup for our family (parents and three teenagers). The location was great, especially the short golf cart ride to the beach. Jessica, the property manager, was very helpful before the trip and with some questions that we had during the trip. We hope to return and will definitely be booking this house again!

Wonderful House!

Villa Alee is a wonderful house - great layout - super comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Amazing outdoor space with beautiful pool seating areas and landscaping. It is located a little bit farther from the beach than we expected (10 minute walk) but the chair set up on the beach was wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Villa Alee.

Top notch vacation stay!

Villa Alee was exactly as described. Great location, clean, nice size pool, quick golf cart ride to a beautiful beach. There was some construction work at the beach but it didn’t bother us much. Our chairs were set up every morning and this was our favorite beach regardless. Jessica, our contact was so responsive and helpful.

Beautiful Villa

Villa Alee is beautiful - very clean and well appointed. The private pool and outdoor space were wonderful. Having a grill and washer / dryer was a plus. The beach was a few minutes drive, and having the beach setup was amazing. Jessica was very responsive and helpful, and flexible check in / out was very much appreciated. There was some construction going on near the villa and at the beach, but it didn’t take away from having a lovely stay. I would recommend this villa.

GREAT STAY

If you are looking for a private VILLA in Turks and Caicos look no further than Villa Alee. My company works in Turks so I've had the opportunity to stay in several Villas. Villa Alee is exceptional! Words can't express all it has to offer from the huge Master Suite that has glass sliding doors to the outdoor pool to the kitchen that's fully stocked with anything you need. Great job to whomever owns this Villa. You did it right!! I'll be back for sure

Paradise….

We left the NW US at -8F, and arrived at a beautiful 78 abode in Provo, perfectly maintained and appointed, Spent the week diving in French Caye, West Caicos and North Provo (Aqua TCI), and exploring the islands. Location was great….just a bit away, but also very close to any needed amenity. We enjoyed Sunset Beach, Smith Reef for snorkeling, many restaurants throughout Provo. Our favorites were Caicos Cafe, and Sharkbite Bar and Grill (for a reasonably priced meal), and the Thursday night local fish fry, Frequently stopped for ice cream (Patty’s Place) on the route home. Villa Alee was very nicely outfitted with everything that you might need, and meticulously maintained.

Perfect family rental.

The villa was lovely and just the right size and amenities for our 3-generation family of 5. Plenty of games to play; the kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed to cook; we were close to a beach (everyone loved the golf cart); the pool is large enough for swimming and playing. Huge call-out to the management team. Jessica was terrific; she met us when we arrived and departed and was responsive to every questions and need. We had a couple of minor issues and they were dealt with expertly, promptly, and cheerfully - the mark of a truly professional organization.

Our Week at Villa Alee

Villa Alee is a beautiful well-appointed home not far from the beach. Brita and Jessica were are an efficient and helpful team. The only negative aspect of our stay is that there is a big construction project right behind the house so on weekdays there can be a little more dust and noise than is ideal. It might be a good idea to try to find out if the major earthworks are complete before booking. Construction was also evident at the really nice and convenient Sunset Beach. They are installing jetties which requires big equipment. I imagine that will be over soon. Finally, it is probably obvious, but renting a car will make staying here much easier. Overall a wonderful stay, slightly marred by the crazy amount of construction happening at that end of the island.

Everything was fabulous.

We had a great stay at the Villa Alee. It is clean, well stocked, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The pool area is also amazing. The pictures are an accurate depiction of the house. Kudos to Jessica who met us when we arrived and gave us recommendations for restaurants, hints on where to snorkel and even came with a birthday cake for our daughter's 18th birthday. Our family has stayed at a number of beach homes over the past 20 years, and this one was a highlight. Thanks for everything.

The property was ultimately through VRBO, the concierge (Shawna) and the team was very helpful with any questions we had prior to arrival and during our stay. The property was in a secure community, with everything we could think of like a printer, a variety of cooking equipment/tools, two adult bikes and an array of additional pool and beach equipment. Everyday of our stay, reserved beach chairs and umbrellas were set up on sunset beach with our names. We especially enjoyed having a pool on the premises, with an outdoor restroom and heated shower.

The elegant Villa Alee is located on Leeward Landing Road inside the Leeward Residential Community gates. There are two entrances to beautiful Grace Bay Beach within walking or biking distance. Grace Bay Beach is known for its clear turquoise waters, uncrowded sandy beach and some magnificent sunsets. A short walk in one direction you are at the marina with a small store and restaurants or head in the other direction and you are at the Provo golf course and restaurants.
