Casa Zacapa (Casa del Ron) perfecta para familias y parejas. Ubicado frente a la autopista de Sotavento, en el extremo oriental de la isla, con una vista de 180 grados del océano Atlántico.

Terminado en 2014, ofrece todas las comodidades que necesita para unas vacaciones excepcionales con amigos y familiares.

Construido en un solo nivel, cuenta con más de 3000 pies cuadrados de espacio interno, esta se distribuye en 3 dormitorios, 3 baños en suite. Cocina totalmente equipada, lavadero completo, 2 televisores de pantalla grande y uno más pequeño. WI-FI en todo. Casa Zacapa también está totalmente equipada con un sistema de alarma de seguridad y puerta de entrada privada.

La villa ha sido diseñada y construida para experimentar y disfrutar de la vida al aire libre. Piscina infinita con vista al Océano Atlántico. Disfrute de la cabaña al aire libre con un gran enfriador de cerveza, asientos al aire libre y tumbonas en el patio. Fácil acceso al mar desde la casa.

Cuando no tiene ganas de cocinar, Casa Zacapa viene con un certificado de regalo para el restaurante Hemingway's ubicado a poca distancia en coche del Sands Resort. Servicio de chef disponible bajo petición.

El club de golf Provo está a solo 3 km y es un campo certificado por la PGA. Hay muchos bares y hoteles cerca ... nada es más que un viaje en coche de 5-10 minutos.

La villa puede alojar hasta 8 personas divididas en 3 dormitorios. Dormitorio 1 - 1 x King, Dormitorio 2 - 1 x King, Dormitorio 3 - 2 camas individuales, una de ellas es una cama de coche de carreras. También hay un sofá cama.

Host was welcoming. Helped us set up boat ride, massages, etc.Issues with the hot water in kitchen and master bath on the 1st day, but host sent someone over immediately to fix it. We had no water pressure on the last day...again, host sent someone quickly to assess. Quick to respond, lots of promised amenities.

This stay was OUTSTANDING! So good that I will definitely be going back! Our host went above and beyond! He scheduled us a private dinner on the beach for my 50th birthday that was breathtaking! Not to mention the food was 5 stars!

We had an outstanding time at the property. The view is out of this world. The blue water is just crazy and sitting in the pool overlooking the water is amazing. The house was very clean and you have a full kitchen for easy cooking. We will definitely be coming back.

Incredible Views! We had to pinch ourselves every morning to be sure it wasn't a dream. Another bonus was that it was very nearby the venue for our son's wedding.Terry was a pleasure to work with to during our stay. He let us know he was available at any time to answer questions. A wonderful bonus was a beautiful fruit tray provided on our arrival. Delicious! There were also cold drinks in the outdoor cooler along with some water in the refrigerator.We also utilized Terry's restaurant, Hemingway's, as the venue for the Welcome Dinner for the wedding party. It was superb! Fabulous and efficient service! Everyone raved over their meals.I highly recommend this property!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Terry’s home for my 50th birthday trip! It was truly a trip of a lifetime. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a lovely fruit tray and a welcome drink. The views from the home are breathtaking, and we loved the privacy; it felt like we had the ocean all to ourselves. On calm days, walking in the ocean felt like a never-ending experience. We also enjoyed the infinity pool and deck, which were well equipped with floats, chairs, and even some beer left in the cooler by Terry.The home was cozy yet spacious enough for all nine of us. For our last night, we celebrated with a fabulous catered dinner at the house from Hemmingway’s. It was the perfect ending to our vacation! Grace Bay Beach and nearby restaurants were super convenient. Terry and Dwayna were very responsive throughout our stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Paradise

We had a wonderful week here. You will not find a better place and location for the price. The water is even prettier in person. I had to take my sunglasses off a few times to make sure I was really seeing those amazing colors of the water. Hemingways was our favorite restaurant on the island. If you are debating this property... just book it!! Terry and his assistant are top notch. I promise you won't be disappointed. We are well traveled and picky... this property checked everything we wanted and exceeded out expectations.

Beautiful relaxing setting

Everything was amazing! Beautiful views, super relaxing pool. Loved watching sunrise every morning from the back deck. Easy communication with Terry and Dwayna. Dined at Hemingways with the generous gift card and watched the sunset from the beach. Absolute paradise.

The Price and View are Fantastic!

We had a beautiful view and plenty of space. We loved having our own pool with a view. The owner is very responsive if you need anything or have questions.Very quiet & private. A Great place for Family or Couples. It is a Large House with Laundry, large back patio, a pool and a View of the ocean! Book and Enjoy!

A Caribbean Escape You Will Never Forget

Our stay at this Caribbean paradise was absolutely unforgettable. The breathtaking views from the property were a feast for the eyes, making every sunrise and sunset feel like a masterpiece. The hospitality of the host Terry and his assistant Dwayna was outstanding-they went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and cared for during our stay. Safety was never a concern, as the property was well maintained and located in a secure area, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our family vacation. We loved Hemingways restaurant, our pick for the best food and service on the island. We highly recommend this restraint and villa. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

Incredible Home, Grounds and STUNNING VIEW

Terry's property is truly one of the neatest places we've ever stayed. Our group does a lot of traveling and we ALL loved this home. Very spacious for a larger group, the Tiki Bar was perfect for enjoying time to admire the view while in the shade, the location was safe and convenient to a lot of dining, beach and shopping options (short drive). The AC's worked great, the little touches of fruit, water and beer were appreciated after a long day of travel. Captain Oaks floating bar is walking distance or a quick boat ride over. The owner and property manager were very communicative and made everything smooth. Don't hesitate to book this amazing property.

Amazing Views! Great House!

This was a girl's trip birthday celebration, and from the moment we arrived everything was perfect. The views from the house are spectacular. The house itself is very clean and provided all the amenities we needed for a great stay. The communication from Terry was above and beyond. It was our first visit to Turks & Caicos, so we had a lot of questions. Terry responded immediately as did his assistant Dwayna. The extra touches were nice (beer in cooler, fruit, coffee, water upon arrival), and we really appreciated the gift certificate to Hemmingway's. Pick the night that has live music! Our group enjoyed Hemmingway's so much we went back a second time for lunch. You absolutely can't go wrong choosing this house. We are definitely planning a return visit!

Amazing Stay With a View

This property was incredible. The view from the back patio is absolutely incredible! Host and others that helped us during our stay were so kind and hospitable. Nice place for couples or families

Nice villa. Laid out well for time together and space to get away from each other.The pool area was great. Kitchen area opens up to pool area too, which is great for seeing what is going on outside while preparing meals.Dock area was great for laying out. Decent snorkeling along rocks off the dock.All in all great place for two couples or a family to enjoy this amazing island

Great Oceanfront Villa!

Our family of five adults had a wonderful holiday week at Casa Zacapa! The oceanfront views were expansive and amazing; the house was clean, spacious, and well appointed with a great layout inside and out; the beds and furniture were very comfortable; and the location was peaceful and private but close to Grace Bay. We swam off the dock everyday. It’s a very relaxing and fun outdoor setup which includes a barbecue and bar by the pool. Also Terry was so welcoming and very responsive. His restaurant Hemingway’s was delicious and on the beach. We hated to leave and want to return soon! We highly recommend this villa.

Great Place!

We loved our stay at Terry's house. Terry and Dwayna were great with communicating with you starting from onset of booking and up through after check out. A week prior to vacatio, they checked in with us to see what we needed and to answer all questions. Dwayna met us at check in and toured us around. We got Rhett early and cleaning was still being done and it was immaculate. We appreciated the gift card to Hemingway restaurant. Our adult kids and their girlfriends all loved it. We loved the open concept for all to hang out and the outdoor pool area, as well as the deck by water. Thank you for a great vacation. Highly recommend.

Spacious Yet Cozy Paradise Home

This expansive villa makes you feel like you are floating on the gorgeous ocean as it offers wonderful views, a backyard ocean to enjoy within steps of your door, and ample comfortable places to enjoy both as a group or in private, cozy areas. What makes this home even more unique is the attentiveness and responsiveness of the Terry, the host, make your visit on the island special and relaxing by providing an array of amenities. Paradise from every angle

This Casa Zacapa (rum house) is paradise. My family of 8 adults started at Terrys house prior to our nephews wedding at beaches resort. We had plenty of room. Terry left us a gift card to Hemingways restaurant & some refreshing ice cold beer in the pool bar cooler which was perfect because they don’t sell alcohol on Sundays. We loved Hemingways. Definitely Make reservation. We were in the infinity pool most of the time gazing out into the turquoise waters. Captain oaks tiki bar is right in front of the house, a 20 minute easy waist deep walk. Some didn’t want to walk so the bar sent a boat to our private dock for a $20 round trip fee. This house was fully stocked with everything we needed. Towels, pots and pans,washer/dryer and even a Bluetooth speaker to listen to music. We cooked and barbecued everyday, The grocery stores were only a 10 minute drive. Definitely rent a vehicle! Dwayna is Terrys awesome assistant. She set up a catamaran sunset cruise for us, answered any questions we had and after dropping off our rental car she set up a private transportation for us to beaches resort for the wedding. After a few hours at beaches resort, we wish we had continued our stay at Terry‘s house and driven to the resort the day of the wedding. We were tempted to call Terry to see if his house was still available but unfortunately The resort was already paid for. Don't hesitate….book this house. Definitely referring my friends. Thanks again Terry and Dwayna.

Beautiful place

Super tranquil with an amazing view incredible place to stay with a family. We enjoy the entire place from Pool to paddleboard to even going to the restaurant at Terry 's, which was incredible.

Beautiful waterfront views

This home is an excellent location with absolutely gorgeous waterfront views. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. Terry and Dwayna were exceptional in communicating both before and during our stay. Dwayna helped to arrange some very last minute jet ski rentals and a private boat charter. The pool pump stopped working during our stay and Terry immediately worked to have it fixed once we let them know about the issue. It was replaced within 24 hours and had no negative impact on our stay. We highly recommend this property.
