Casa Zacapa (Casa del Ron) perfecta para familias y parejas. Ubicado frente a la autopista de Sotavento, en el extremo oriental de la isla, con una vista de 180 grados del océano Atlántico.

Terminado en 2014, ofrece todas las comodidades que necesita para unas vacaciones excepcionales con amigos y familiares.

Construido en un solo nivel, cuenta con más de 3000 pies cuadrados de espacio interno, esta se distribuye en 3 dormitorios, 3 baños en suite. Cocina totalmente equipada, lavadero completo, 2 televisores de pantalla grande y uno más pequeño. WI-FI en todo. Casa Zacapa también está totalmente equipada con un sistema de alarma de seguridad y puerta de entrada privada.

La villa ha sido diseñada y construida para experimentar y disfrutar de la vida al aire libre. Piscina infinita con vista al Océano Atlántico. Disfrute de la cabaña al aire libre con un gran enfriador de cerveza, asientos al aire libre y tumbonas en el patio. Fácil acceso al mar desde la casa.

Cuando no tiene ganas de cocinar, Casa Zacapa viene con un certificado de regalo para el restaurante Hemingway's ubicado a poca distancia en coche del Sands Resort. Servicio de chef disponible bajo petición.

El club de golf Provo está a solo 3 km y es un campo certificado por la PGA. Hay muchos bares y hoteles cerca ... nada es más que un viaje en coche de 5-10 minutos.

La villa puede alojar hasta 8 personas divididas en 3 dormitorios. Dormitorio 1 - 1 x King, Dormitorio 2 - 1 x King, Dormitorio 3 - 2 camas individuales, una de ellas es una cama de coche de carreras. También hay un sofá cama.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful property. Our favorite parts were the absolutely breathtaking views from several rooms, spacious layout affording plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out, and easy communication with the host, who even arranged for a dinner on the beach at Hemingways to celebrate our daughter's 16th birthday. We took daily day trips to various beach locations around the island and the only thing I would recommend would be to provide beach umbrellas to go with the chairs for guests to use. All in all a wonderful experience!

We stayed at the house in January for a long weekend and it was perfection. The hosts were so welcoming and the views were pure perfection. House comes fully equipped with extras and would definitely stay again. Loved Turks!

This stay was OUTSTANDING! So good that I will definitely be going back! Our host went above and beyond! He scheduled us a private dinner on the beach for my 50th birthday that was breathtaking! Not to mention the food was 5 stars!

Our host was excellent and extremely helpful in so many ways. He helped us with excursions, dinners, and car rentals! The house itself was perfect for my family of 6 3 teen girls and a young boy. They loved the paddle boarding and pool during the day. My only comment is there’s no full length mirror- with three teen girls that would have been nice! Other than that it was perfect for us. Thank you so much!!

Host was welcoming. Helped us set up boat ride, massages, etc.Issues with the hot water in kitchen and master bath on the 1st day, but host sent someone over immediately to fix it. We had no water pressure on the last day...again, host sent someone quickly to assess. Quick to respond, lots of promised amenities.

I’ve rented several properties on different platforms, different destinations and this is for sure one of the most beautiful views. HOWEVER, the house is old and needs lots of maintenance. We booked this house for 9 days but had to depart on the 3rd day, due to rodent infestation(!) We didn’t feel comfortable staying another day there. For the amount we’ve paid, the house felt short. Everything is dated, there are TV wires hanging on the walls, the outdoor bbq area is totally rusted and not functional. The pier is nice, but to go in and out of the water is a hustle. If you have small kids or older ppl you won’t be able to enjoy that. The property manager took 2 days to book one activity for us (something that she said she could do in a few minutes). Overall it’s a pity because the house is well located, has the PERFECT views but is not maintained whatsoever. If you have the means to stay in a nice property, choose wisely. The island is beautiful and full of beautiful new houses…

You can't win them all. Livia forgot to mention I sent their remaining nights stay money back. Our prices are very fair and this is the first someone complained about the service. The house always gets sprayed. Maybe the guest before left some food or garbage out.

We had an outstanding time at the property. The view is out of this world. The blue water is just crazy and sitting in the pool overlooking the water is amazing. The house was very clean and you have a full kitchen for easy cooking. We will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful place

Super tranquil with an amazing view incredible place to stay with a family. We enjoy the entire place from Pool to paddleboard to even going to the restaurant at Terry 's, which was incredible.

Everything was amazing! Beautiful views, super relaxing pool. Loved watching sunrise every morning from the back deck. Easy communication with Terry and Dwayna. Dined at Hemingways with the generous gift card and watched the sunset from the beach. Absolute paradise.

Amazing Stay With a View

This property was incredible. The view from the back patio is absolutely incredible! Host and others that helped us during our stay were so kind and hospitable. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for an amazing stay on this beautiful island! Would return to this house with out hesitation.

The Price and View are Fantastic!

We had a beautiful view and plenty of space. We loved having our own pool with a view. The owner is very responsive if you need anything or have questions.Very quiet & private. A Great place for Family or Couples. It is a Large House with Laundry, large back patio, a pool and a View of the ocean! Book and Enjoy!

Great Vacation!

The house's location and amenities were perfect for our group. By the end of our trip the consensus was that we enjoyed staying at the house almost more than anything else we did on the island. The views, privacy, and quiet location made it a perfect place to unwind.

Terry’s place was perfectly set up for our party of three. Check in and out were easy; views from the pool were perfect, and sunset dinner at his restaurant was a perfect way to cap off the week. Thanks for a great stay!
