Modern and well maintained! Close to town shops and restaurants while also being away from the traffic and crowds. Very spacious! I appreciated that linens and other amenities were provided.

Desi, the owner, was exceptional in her communication and service recovery. The house was very clean and spacious with great privacy for a family of three couples and a toddler, and the location was great: private, yet within walking distance (approximately 1 mile) of downtown. Many activities are available for children as well as adults within a short drive. The beds were all comfortable with extra blankets provided, and many absorbent towels were provided for our use. It was great to have two sets of washers and dryers in the lower level.However…… none of the electronic games were fully functional, and the pool table was not level. We had to buy dish soap upon arrival, as there was barely enough to use after one meal.The dishwasher and back door handle both failed during our visit, probably due to the previous tenants not reporting a broken glass in the dishwasher and pulling off the door handle, both of which might have been noted by the cleaning crew.Because of the responsiveness of Desi and her team, (even having the dishwasher replaced on a Saturday) and the positives noted above (including a kind “service recovery”), we would happily stay here again!

Amazing House and Location!

This house and trip were as advertised! we held our annual family gathering here and it was the perfect venue to share an amazing week together. As you can see from the pictures, it is a spacious modern home. A large flat front yard greeted us as we rolled in. A perfect spot for the kids.The house is on a quiet street, yet right next to Cranmore. It’s the perfect location to take advantage of everything that the mountain has to offer, and the bike path as well.Desi was an amazing host and her communication was fantastic. Would definitely recommend this to anyone. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic Family Home Base

Our family of 11 had a fabulous time in North Conway and the White Mountains. This luxury villa was a perfect home base with plenty of family fun options including a decked out game room in the basement, a comfortable patio with an awesome gas fire pit, and an outstanding kitchen for cooking family meals and enjoying each others company. Owners were great communicators and had you tube videos to help explain how to work everything one would need in the villa. We did a bunch of day trips to hike the white mountain, explore the summit via the Cog, shop at the local stores, enjoy Cranmore mountain adventures, horseback riding at Bretton Woods, cool off in Diana’s Bath and several other local area activities. And if we ever end up back in New Hampshire, we will definitely be staying at this luxury villa as North Conway is a hidden gem in NH.

Perfect ski getaway

The property is very well appointed. It has a warm, cozy feel to it. Great spaces to sit and relax by the fire and enjoy conversation or tv. The kitchen table sits plenty for fun meals and games. It was exceptionally clean and tidy, the game room was awesome for the kids and adults! It had everything we needed and then some. The proximity to Cranmore was a huge plus because we were in the midst of a huge snow storm which made the trip more fun and the skiing great!Would HIGHLY recommend staying at this lovely home. Owner was reachable and very accommodating.

Beautiful fall getaway

Great space to gather with family for a week of fall adventures. We enjoyed cooking, watching football and working remotely from the house. It is peaceful & convenient to downtown North Conway. The restaurants & shopping was great.

Exactly as pictured, excellent experience

The house was perfectly clean and SO spacious. Very modern and everything felt brand new. The basement was amazing for kids, kept them entertained, along with all the games the house was equipped with. The host was responsive and super friendly. Will definitely be back!

Yearly getaway

We travel to New Hampshire every January with family and our best friends. This house was the perfect setup for our getaway! Plenty for the kids to do, plenty of seating for all and very cozy. Would definitely stay in this house again in the future!

Vacation Villa Vibes!

This is our second time staying at this villa. The location is perfect. You can walk to Cranmore or to downtown North Conway if you want! The house is immaculate and incredibly set up for an amazing stay! Desi is extremely attentive and has done an amazing job with this property. I would highly recommend this property! We love it!!

Wonderful Thanksgiving Stay!

We had a lovely time here. The house is well-equipped and includes something for everyone. It was clean and very easy to communication with the manager. It was set in a quiet area but still close enough to town and attractions.

Best location and Home

It was a truly magical spot. My kids had so much fun. Grandparents loved the quick trips into town for shopping and cocktails. Would love to stay again in the winter to hit the slopes.
