Good Times to be had at our Luxury new loft condo at the base of Cranmore.

My wife and I discovered North Conway after 9/11 when we got married October 26, 2001 and no way was I getting on an airplane to Aruba for our honeymoon. We married in South Portland, Maine and went with a road trip instead. We randomly picked The Wentworth in Jackson village NH and continued to return there every year sometimes twice. We have explored every back road in the area and I being a Landlord for a profession love to think about what I would buy in the area. Never would have guessed it was going to be a Luxury condo at Canmore but the opportunity came about one day when I visited the mountain and started chatting with Kelly (Yup... I blame this all on Kelly who is an awesome Canmore employee and my daughter Abigail who "YOLO' ed me!). Two years later the building is done and I'm sking again. I have been hosting guest at my lake property on Little Sebago since 2016 so part of the decision to go with this property was knowing guests would come and enjoy the condo like my guests enjoy the lake.

The condos at Fairbanks are a different level. They are comparable to penthouse condos from the first two phases of Kearsage brook. Some of the condos are larger and some face the mountain and others face the village but they are all pretty fabulous. I have also been in other owners units and have met other owners who rent their units and they are awesome people as well as having awesome units. We owners of Fairbanks Lodge together have a unique property that offers groomed snow directly up against the expansive patio. Snap on your skis and the chairlifts are just feet away. The condos are central located to all of the activities of Canmore and the village of North Conway.
