Good Times to be had at our Luxury new loft condo at the base of Cranmore.

I could tell you all about North Conway and Cranmore mountain and this brand new loft condo and all the attractions and amenities that you have read about in all the other listings for Kearsarge Brook condos or the new Fairbanks condos but that seams repetitive as you most likely have read it all. All the Fairbanks condos are beautiful and the other owners that we have met are awesome. I don't see how you could go wrong renting any one of these condos.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in North Conway this weekend. The location was perfect. There’s nothing better than being slope side for a ski weekend! The unit was brand new, which made the stay even better. Everything was clean, fresh, and beautifully maintained. It was comfortable and exactly as described, with everything we needed and more. The host was excellent — responsive, helpful, and great to work with.Our only complaints were the noise from the lodge downstairs and the lack of a coffee table in the family room. We were woken up every morning before 7:00 am, which made it a little tough to sleep in. A coffee table in the family room would also make the space feel a bit more complete. Other than that, everything was great and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic condo. Super clean, easy to find keys and locate all amenities like the pool, hot tub, fitness center! Unbelievable access to slopes. Elevator and bell boy cart made getting luggage upstairs easy. Super helpful staff on property. All beds and bedding were as described. Full kitchen with tons of dish ware. Really the perfect condo, if you need to sleep more than a few people. The owner was very responsive with questions and very helpful. Few questions needed to be answered because everything was so well organized. Will recommend to others! The best ski weekend ever! Don’t think twice about this one! Great rental!

The place was clean and modern looking. The place was really big. The internet was good. The amenities were great, the pool and hot tub was nice. There was a laundry machine in the room, and the balcony had a nice view.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Our family vacations in NH every summer and this is up there with some of the best rentals we’ve stayed in. Great location, very clean and host is very easy to communicate with. Highly recommended. We will be back for sure

We (wife and two boys 9yo) have been coming to Cranmore for the last three years but have never stayed in the Fairbanks lodge. The property was beautiful, BJ (owner/manager) was super responsive…even going out of his way to get us in well ahead of check-in time. All in all it was a great experience. Look forward to booking again.

Property was as described worked out nicely for our family. Very clean and comfortable for all three generations. Owner answered all questions quickly. Beautiful Pristine Apartment

We loved this rental. It was spotless clean, the beds were comfy, the air conditioning was good, and it was like brand new. A really spacious two floor space with bedrooms separated by floor and bunk beds in an open “loft like” space on the 2nd floor. The mountain during the summer was less busy and wonderfully quiet. Can’t say enough positive things about the good price and value.

Great rental property. Brand new condition with all the amenities. Great for couples or families. Close to all the restaurants and shops. Easy drive to StoryLand and Santa’s Village. We book rentals over hotels due to the space. This is one of the best units we have stayed in.

Great weekend at Cranmore!

We had a fantastic stay at Cranmore. The space was beautiful, clean and the location can’t be beat. Instructions were clear and the host was easy to communicate with. I would absolutely recommend and we hope to be back in the future!

My wife and I discovered North Conway after 9/11 when we got married October 26, 2001 and no way was I getting on an airplane to Aruba for our honeymoon. We married in South Portland, Maine and went with a road trip instead. We randomly picked The Wentworth in Jackson village NH and continued to return there every year sometimes twice. We have explored every back road in the area and I being a Landlord for a profession love to think about what I would buy in the area. Never would have guessed it was going to be a Luxury condo at Canmore but the opportunity came about one day when I visited the mountain and started chatting with Kelly (Yup... I blame this all on Kelly who is an awesome Canmore employee and my daughter Abigail who "YOLO' ed me!). Two years later the building is done and I'm sking again. I have been hosting guest at my lake property on Little Sebago since 2016 so part of the decision to go with this property was knowing guests would come and enjoy the condo like my guests enjoy the lake.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

North Conway is my happy place. I find it to be so peaceful and yet there is so much to do. I reconnected with sking after taking 30 years off. Down hill mountain biking was a blast. Thought i was in my 20S for a day! We hike (she shops) we eat drink and be merry at all the local Restaurants. My daughters are 21 and 17 ands we may still visit Storyland this summer and Santas Village in November. Sounded crazy to me too go to Santas village in the late Fall / Winter but I was wrong! A must if you're a christmas fan. You will love it

The condos at Fairbanks are a different level. They are comparable to penthouse condos from the first two phases of Kearsage brook. Some of the condos are larger and some face the mountain and others face the village but they are all pretty fabulous. I have also been in other owners units and have met other owners who rent their units and they are awesome people as well as having awesome units. We owners of Fairbanks Lodge together have a unique property that offers groomed snow directly up against the expansive patio. Snap on your skis and the chairlifts are just feet away. The condos are central located to all of the activities of Canmore and the village of North Conway.

My specific unit is furnished with all high end furnishing from Green Mountain Furniture. A luxurious modern condo with hand crafted authentic reclaimed barn wood furniture. After all you are still in the Green Mountains!
