Beautiful place in great location

We very much enjoyed our stay. Our condo was very clean and spacious. Our check in process was very easy and we were in close proximity to all the things we wanted to do with our children. We’d definitely stay again if we come back. Thank you for allowing us to make wonderful family memories.

Best place to stay in Orlando! Close to everything!

Location was perfect. We were about 10 mins from Disney. The condo was clean, people were friendly. Pool was kiddie corner from where we were staying and there was a mini water park area with volleyball courts and miniature golf and a tiki bar. All in all it was a great place to stay. I will def consider staying here again the next time I’m in Orlando.

Great location

Clean and quiet; very “user friendly” security was great, staff at guard gate was amazing. Pleasantly surprised that toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, soap, shampoo and conditioner was supplied. Only issue is furniture (bunk beds) hardware needs to be tightened up. Teen girls complained that bunk beds moved every time someone rolled over.

Great Condo

The condo was well cleaned, stocked and beautiful. Location was an easy 15 minutes to Disney. The condo is actually how it appears online. The resort pool area is nice but busy.... get there early if you want chairs. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Nice place good location but some flaws

Good location and clean. Property is nice and has the smaller pool right behind it which was really nice. The bad for us is this is definitely a commercial rental. Don’t expect anything extra to be there. No coffee no salt pepper no laundry soap two dishwasher soaps two rolls of toilet paper for a family of 5 for a 7 day stay is not enough. The beds were all really hard.overall good place to stay

Nice place to stay for a basic getaway

This property is clean & in a great central location to all the Orlando attractions. The amenities at the resort (pool, lazy river, splash pad, water slides) were wonderful. This property does not have as many “extras” in the condo as some others we have stayed in (specifically we were wishing it had a hair dryer) and if staying for an extended time you’ll want to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Our only complaint about the property is that the mattresses and pillows were not comfortable and the bed frames are poorly constructed and make a lot of noise. Other than that, it is a great place to stay if you’re not looking for something overly themed. We did have a hard time making contact with the property manager. We called twice and were unable to get through to a person. Left a message and did not get a call back. When we used the chat feature in the VRBO app, we got a response 2 hours later.

Storey Lake stay

Check in was super easy, a QR code was texted so we could scan into the property. The condo was clean, however it was the most BASIC place we have stayed. There is a king bed, full over full bunk beds in one room and a twin and full bed in the other. It is spacious, however besides the beds in the "kids" rooms, there is a night stand as the only other furniture. When I say "basic", there was one roll of toilet paper per room, one roll of paper towels. There was travel dish soap and travel shampoo/conditioner/bar soap. There were NO hot pads. There were two kitchen "towels" if you could even call them that. The ice maker didnt work which was fine as we buy ice anyway. The washer and dryer worked fine. No detergent. There was NO cleaning solution... like windex or 409. There was a vacuum. We figured out how to move the plugs so either the dishwasher OR the disposal would work, depending on which was plugged in. We made microwave popcorn, and put it in the biggest pot for the stove because there were no large bowls. None of these are deal breakers at all, just passing on the information. It was very competitively priced which was important to us, so if we get less features, thats ok. You could easily walk to one of the pools. The close pool is nice, lots of chairs, no lifeguard, bring in your own food and beverages. The waterpark is a drive. You cannot bring your own drinks or food. They do a bag check. It was inexpensive to rent, nothing extra, that was fine.

Nice Location

The complex is in a good location. About 15 minutes to Disney The location is quite. The beds in the two small rooms are hard and uncomfortable. The small room with the two beds also stays warmer then the other rooms. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay in Story Lake Condos again.
