There are also multiple sports courts to enjoy within the community. Strategically located in the Kissimmee area, it has easy access to major Florida highways, such as SR 535, I-4, and US 192. Guests can take advantage of its short distance to explore nearby shopping, dining, many nature trails, conservation areas, and entertainment options too... Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and much more!



A magnificent two-story townhome combines elegant furnishing with traditional architecture. This property is an ideal vacation home for a family or group of friends. Comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.



The ground floor features a bedroom with a QueenSize bed with Smart TV and en-suite bathroom. The living room with Smart TV w Surround Sound Speakers Available is integrated with a fully equipped Kitchen and the dining area. Also, there is a washer/dryer room in this floor. The family area faces the private pool in a relaxing screened lanai.



On the upper floor there are the other 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom with a KingSize bed, en-suite bathroom Smart TV, one bedroom Mickey Themed with TwinSize and FullSize beds, and the last bedroom with TwinSize and FullSize bed.

Guest Access:

You’ll have full, private access to the entire Townhouse during your stay. That includes all 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.



We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.



We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.
