One of the villa's en-suite bedrooms is also located on ground level, with French doors that open onto the deck, allowing for easy access to outdoor living. On the upper level, you’ll find two more en-suite bedrooms, each boasting sweeping views of the turquoise waters of the Caribbean sea, as well as private terraces that are perfect for watching the fabulous sunsets with a glass of wine in hand.



Each room is air-conditioned for comfort, but with the option to open the shutters and doors to the tropical breeze, you can choose between refreshing indoor coolness or the outdoor island charm. The property also includes two dedicated parking spaces, ideal for guests who wish to rent cars during their stay.



Sugar Hill is an exclusive, gated community with 24/7 security personnel, that spans 50 acres of lush landscape with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea. The clubhouse with all its facilities is literally a flat three minute’s walk from High Five. A shuttle bus to the beach and Holetown is also available several times per day, for a reasonable charge.
