HOUSE RULES:
It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the House Rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.
* Minimum age policy is 25 years old to book. Valid photo ID will be required, as well as names and ages of all your Guests.
* Self Check-in. Check-in is 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am. Unique Door codes will activate at check-in.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS - 3/4 people only (including infants and toddlers) ** Extra Guest Fee of $75 per guest per night for any unapproved Guests.
The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.
NO SMOKING - Indoor or Outdoors. This is a smoke-free environment. If any trace of smoke, ashes, etc are found anywhere inside/outside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fine.
NO PETS
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of illegal parties of large groups we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times. A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip Los Angeles in writing prior to the arrival date.
NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS
Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.
CITY OF LA NOISE ORDINANCE: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.
Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property.

* In the event of an emergency to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, we reserve the right to enter the property.

The unit was VERY well equipped: everything I needed ended up being right there (Magic eraser, hand sani, bleach, etc, etc). There are so many great places to eat that we only heated leftovers, but kitchen appeared well stocked too. Very clean, many streaming services on the tv’s. Needed to allow a couple minutes for the hot water to flow. Not a problem. Very quiet and private.

The off-street, gated parking was brilliant and very convenient to the unit. It was well appointed and clean. Very cute kitchen. We stayed in May and received a discount so felt it was a good find. The queen mattress was terribly uncomfortable, unfortunately. Since the unit was used primarily for sleeping while we were out during the day, it was a tough night of sleep... worn springs in the middle created a significant dip/hole and we continually fought not to roll into each other all night. on a scale of soft to firm, it was marshmallow, and springs were loud. Investment here would be an easy fix to an otherwise great unit. Washer/dryer, not the most convenient as it is shared with owners. Our stay was at the end of a 6 day road trip so was looking forward to doing laundry. Didn't know that I needed to give 2 days notice to the owners first. Decided to forgo laundry as it became inconvenient to our short stay.
