The game room, just steps away, is a hub of fun, featuring a pool table, a ping pong table, a foosball table, two TVs, and a bar area, offering entertainment for guests of all ages. Another living area inside presents a large table, ideally suited for game nights and group activities. Guest Access:
Guests can access the entire home bunk house, and game room along with the POA parks nearby and community boat ramp.

The Neighborhood:
This property is located in a neighborhood with Lake Access.

Location of POA parks:
1. Shady Oaks park is .1 miles from the house. From house turn right onto Bedford, then left onto Shady Oaks until it dead ends, then turn left, will be the area in between houses on the left. This has a bench and a nice shaded area.

2. Lakewood Forest lll Boat Ramp is 0.1 miles from the house. From house go to the left down Riverside and the ramp will be on the right. Please note there is a STEEP drop off on the ramp. Please ask for code to lock if you will be launching a boat.

3. North Park is .2 miles from the house. From the house continue to left down Riverside, do not turn. Park will be ahead at the end of Riverside. You can Swim at your own risk, fish, etc from this area.

Getting Around:
Please note that a personal vehicle is recommended for getting to and from the property and exploring the local attractions, as public transportation options are not available in this area. Free parking is available on the premises.

Other Things to Note:
This home is not pet friendly. If pets are found onsite there will be an automatic charge of $500 added to the card on file.
Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.

In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.

The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.

All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.

The home features on-site external security cameras for added peace of mind.
