Lake house with a private sandy beach on "constant level" Lake LBJ. House has unobstructed views of lake, natural hill country and Packsaddle Mountain. Best beach in Central Texas! Boat accessible!

Enjoy a "Quitcation" that emphasizes solitude, rest, low stress and mental rejuvenation. Enjoy nature prioritized over city attractions and busy beaches. Of course, even here, holidays such as the 4th of July may be busy. We have a 20% weekly discount.

Scenic, serene and comfortable getaway. The beach is sandy like on the coast. Umbrella near waters edge provides shade from sun. NO Hydrilla aquatic weeds!

Water depth increases gradually. Perfect for hanging out with family, friends and children. No houses on other side of lake promotes serene vacation stays. Great sunsets...fishing

House sleeps 7 people. The primary bedroom has a king and one twin bed. The second bedroom has a queen and two twin beds. NO bunk beds.

From the patio and deck there are beautiful lake and hill county views. Right off the covered patio is the second full bathroom to get ready for a day on the lake or wash off after playing in the sand and fresh water.

The two car garage provides additional relaxation space and contains several chairs, a card table and carpeted space to play around.

- Beach is 75 ft wide and 150 ft deep. Good sand suitable for volleyball

- Far from city lights, enjoy watching the stars at night.
- Fishing and playing in the water without jellyfish, sharks, tar balls or saltwater.

Sorry, NO PETS allowed.
No Smoking Allowed indoors!! Ashtrays for outdoor smoking provided on patio & deck.

Discounts: 20% weekly discount and 30% discount with a 30 day stay.

Once you book house with us, we will send you our rental agreement for you to sign. A couple of weeks before your stay we will send you a list of nearby restaurants, local attractions and local boat rental businesses.

This home was so peaceful and had everything you would need to host a great party. It was organized with so many wonderful touches- Xmas tree on the counter, clean organized kitchen, very friendly owners, great instructions so there was no need to ask anyone how things worked or where things were. Unpreventable were the burrs but we were warned. Kayaks were fun and thank you for life preservers. Only wish would be new beach furniture- lounge chairs and new umbrella to set between the chairs. Then you could picnic on the beach. I give our stay a 5 star rating. Xmas was very relaxing esp with my family close in the neighborhood.

Very accurate listing. Super clean property stocked with all essentials. Unique experience with the sandy beach and view from dining room and deck. The garage full of games and activities was a lifesaver on a rainy day! Everyone in our group was talking about coming back before we even left.

Beautiful home with wonderful views of the lake and mountains. Plenty of wildlife around; deer, ducks, geese, and cows across the lake! Lots of people in the neighborhood enjoying the water over the weekend: boats, jetskis, water-skiing, wake-boarding, fishing, and tubing. Evenings and mornings were calm and peaceful - perfect for kayaking. We had a great time; highly recommend this place!

The most magical spot!!

If you’re looking for a quaint, little getaway, this is it! Before we ever checked in, the home owner was in contact with us making sure we knew everything we needed to know before our stay. Once we checked in, you could just tell how much the property owner and management company pays attention to details. We were greeted with a very informative binder that showed us all the ins and outs of the home. The garage is equipped with board games, beach toys, and a ping pong table….fun for everyone. The very best part of all was the pristine, sandy beach entrance into the river. Our boys played out there all day. We hope to return again!

A “beach” vacation without the salt

Amazing location with a sandy beach and easy access to fresh clear water. Clean and efficient home for meals and relaxing between swims. Great for family fun.

Amazing Get Away

We loved this house. Stocked with all you need. Immaculately clean. Comfortable beds and lots of sleeping options. The yard into beach was so nice. Sunsets were beautiful. We kayaked, fished and went to Boat Town. Such a nice getaway. Lots of bird watching. Kids had fun.

Perfect Mid-week Respite

My husband and I needed a quiet place to rest and unwind before we jumped back into our daily school schedules. This property was perfect. It is very clean, bright, well-decorated, and uncluttered. We enjoyed our time relaxing on the deck in the early morning watching the geese and deer as they moved through the large backyard. Our time during the day and evening was spent kayaking and fishing. The king-size bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well organized. The hospitality and communication of our host Peggy were truly exceptional. We will keep this property in our favorites and hopefully return with the grandkids. They would absolutely love it here.

Great Stay!

I took my boys on one last trip for the summer, what a great time. Everything in the house was updated and so comfortable. The view off the back porch is great and we had so much fun playing in the water and fishing. We will be back. House is perfect for a young family.

Great LBJ home on the water!

We loved our time in Kingsland! The beach was great for swimming, using the kayaks, throwing the footballs, and just relaxing! The house is well equipped with everything you might need! Plenty of space and would highly recommend for families!

Packsaddle Beach

Our family had a great stay! We enjoyed the beach, used the kayaks to explore the river, and the gentle slope into the water was perfect for swimming and floating. The yard was well maintained and the house was very clean and organized inside. The Owner and property manager were very responsive to our questions. Overall, a great experience and we look forward to coming back.

Pack saddle get away

Great location owned by great family. We had great sun sets, caught some fish and the water was great to relax in. Super spot. Will be back soon.

Lake House

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean. Very organized. We put our canopy up right next to the lake. Spent our days playing in the water with our kids. My littles enjoyed playing in the sand with their sand toys. Outside bathroom was super convenient for showering after getting out of lake. Full kitchen was super nice. We cooked every meal at home. My little girl forgot her tablet, the house keeper found it and they shipped it to us. We will definitely be coming back for a second stay. Beautiful wonderful family vacation.

Second trip

It was our second time in this home and we loved it even more than the first time. We took our 4 year old son who absolutely loved the location of being right on the river. We created memories here that will last us a lifetime.

Great House on the Lake!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is newly remodeled and has all of the amenities we needed. Being right on the lake we spent a lot of time on the beach in front of the house and had a great time taking the kayaks out exploring, looking for turtles, and fishing.

This home sits on the best beach in Central Texas has great views of hill country, and fine water access!
--Nobody lives on the others side of the lake, so the place is peaceful and natural
-- Water depth increases gradually
-- Ocean like beach sand feels good on feet. Best stretch of beach in Central Texas.
-- Beautiful sunsets from the beach looking up the lake to the west
-- In the summer the wind frequently blows across the lake up the backyard hillside making it feel much cooler on the back porch than the front of the house
